應用萃思理論於坐月子到府客製化專業膳食服務管理模式改善之研究

摘要


摘要 本文之主要目的係探討,應用萃思理論於坐月子到府客製化專業膳食服務管理模式之研究上。將服務模式進行管理,使標準作業流程能更優化及創新並且能復刻給其他照顧者運用。根據過去相關文獻的整理與回顧,我們發現大部分之研究重點皆在於顧客滿意度之調查或習俗禁忌及中藥藥理或中藥食補上,在客製化專業膳食及服務管理模式方面的探討仍相當之欠缺。為達到坐月子到府客製化的服務管理模式皆能優化與創新,及加深專業度提升,且能復刻給其他相關照顧者之研究目的,本研究採用萃思理論的40個發明原理,創作於服務模式的方法。其模式為,問題定義後,產生矛盾矩陣,根據40發明原則發想解法,進行問題改善後,創作新做法。 根據資料分析的結果顯示,理論與實務相結合下,服務管理模式創新後,發揮與產家人的團隊合作,事半功倍,相當成功。尤其產婦的體質內需,越甚清楚,越是能掌控全盤。遇到產婦情緒隨時跌宕,需幫忙加強自信心與育兒能力的提升。此外,有關上述之說明建議,簽約後時常溫暖與關懷,可以增加上線後,彼此熟悉度。母嬰照護管理師的專業度,驗證能提升各方面的邏輯思考與應變能力。母嬰照護管理師的經驗值,更能縮短磨合期的折騰。母嬰照護管理師的角色,亦師亦友,常能成為後續的教養協助者。母嬰照護管理師是跨界跨領域的百寶袋,將很多無法複製的層面,拉近彼此的距離。 上述各項分析結果所代表之管理涵意,在本文中有進一步之探討。本研究之建議策略方向,能適用於每個相關照護者,其成果的有效性與可應用性,驗證本研究之價值。

Abstract The main purpose of this article is to discuss, apply TRIZ theory in the research of confinement to the government customized professional meal design service management mode. Manage service models, the standard operating procedures can be more optimized and innovative and can be replicated for other caregivers to use. According to the collation and review of related literature in the past, we found that most of the research focuses on customer satisfaction surveys or custom taboos and Chinese herbal pharmacology or Chinese herbal food supplements, discussions on customized professional meal design and service management mode are still quite lacking. In order to achieve confinement, the customized service management mode can be optimized and innovated, and deepen professionalism, and can reproduce the research purpose for other related caregivers, this research adopts 40 invention principles of TRIZ Theory, created in service mode method. The model is, after the problem is defined, produces contradiction matrix, imagine a solution based on the 40 principles of invention, after improving the problem, create new practices. According to the results of data analysis, under the combination of theory and practice, service management mode after innovation, play teamwork with the birth family, get twice the result with half the effort, quite successful. Especially the physique and domestic needs of pregnant women, the clearer, the more you can control the whole game. When encountering maternal emotions, ups and downs at any time, need help to strengthen self-confidence and enhance the ability of parenting. In addition, regarding the above explanations and suggestions, regarding the above explanations and suggestions, always warm and caring after signing the contract, can be added after going online, mutual familiarity. Maternal and child care manager professionalism, verification can improve all aspects of logical thinking and adaptability. Maternal and child care manager experience value, it can shorten the toss of the running-in period. Mother and child care manager is a cross-border and cross-field treasure bag, there are many levels that cannot be replicated, close the distance between each other. The management implications represented by the above analysis results, there is further discussion in this article. The proposed strategic direction of this research, can be applied to every relevant caregiver, the validity and applicability of its results, verify the value of this research.
