眼模尺寸對不鏽鋼製程的影響因子分析-以W公司為例

摘要


本研究係針對W公司的不銹鋼產線的Coil to Bar產線設備的眼模探討,W公司創立於1966年,以生產電線電纜起步,目前W公司產業主要為生產電線電纜及特殊鋼的廠商,其不銹鋼直棒部門主要生產以盤元或熱軋酸洗棒投料,再經由冷抽加工製程或剝皮製程產出冷精棒,形狀包含圓棒及各式異形棒。 直棒部門的圓棒產品為其主要產品,其中又以冷抽圓棒為該部門主要產品之一,不銹鋼系列多數鋼種加工硬化性低於一般碳鋼,且受限於產品機械性質要求多為軟料(易於車削加工),故生產參數須依設計製程生產,更不利於冷抽工藝的建立。 W公司主要直棒部門的直棒銷售範客群多為車削、擠壓產業,Coil to Bar產線的訂單,下游車削產業的生產製程多為自動車床設備,因此類型產業近年受設備廠商的研發能力提升,逐漸由既往的走刀式車床汰換為走心式車床,以提高產品品質、降低生產技術能力、降低人力需求,進而反應到對入料棒材的尺寸、直度、真圓度、尺寸一致性、表面粗糙度、表面色澤等需求持續提高。 近年持續改善品質雖已能符合客戶要求,仍需推動降低成本的升速計畫,唯遲遲無法掌握因升降速造成尺寸變化的主要因子,故為確保品質能達到訂單的品質要求,而影響提升線速的推動進程,擬透過此研究探討冷抽眼模的影響因子,以期再突破產能的限制。 擬再重新檢視眼模設計,透過W公司新建置的眼模輪廓測定儀進行眼模量測,以取得生產前∕後的眼模尺寸數據,探討因冷抽參數變更造成尺寸變化的資訊,剖析眼模尺寸、線速的相對關係。

The research is for drawing die of coil to bar equipment of W company’s stainless steel production line. W company was founded in 1966. The company is a manufacturer which mainly produces the wire, cable and stainless steel. In the straight bar department, there primarily manufactures cold work bar which processed the cold drawing or machining from the coil or hot rolling bar, and the shapes of product include round, profile shaped bars. The round bar is major product in the straight bar department. The cold drawing round bar is the product of them. The work hardening of stainless steel is lower than carbon steel, and it is soft material restricted mechanical property (easily machining). Therefore, the parameters of manufacture need to accord the design processes, it is not good to build the cold drawing industry. The most customers of W company’s straight bar department are machining and drawing manufactures which place the order of coil to bar produce line. The processes of downstream manufacturers most have automatic machining equipment. Therefore, the R&D ability of these manufacturers has enhanced in recent year. They replace the sliding head lathe with fixed head lathe to increase quality of product, reduce ability of manufacturing technology and decrease the manpower. Finally, these factors will respond that the requirements of demand of size, straightness, roundness, dimensional uniformity, surface rughness and appearance increase. We continually improve quality to meet requirements of customer in recent year and need to continually push the plan of decreasing the cost. The main factor that increasing line speed causes dimensional variation is not easy to control. We ensure to reach the quality of order, so this plan is delayed. We explore the factor of drawing die by this research, we expect to break the restriction of yields. We will restart to study the design of drawing die and measure the dimensional data of drawing die before/after manufactured by contracer. We study the dimensional information which is changed by the parameter of cold drawing to understand relationship of the dimension of drawing die and line speed.
