運算放大器振盪電路之理論分析與數值模擬

摘要


中文摘要 本技術報告將探討op amp之原理分析與數值模擬兩者之比較。我們探討了用理想op amp解釋韋恩電橋振盪器,來對考畢茲振盪器卻解釋不通的原因所在。本文也用另一種LC並聯負電阻的關念來解釋op amp振盪電路,更能瞭解振幅消長的情形。最後,我們加入二極体的電路,使振盪器的振幅,可以達到控制與調變的目的,我們藉由電路數值分析軟体(TINA)做了許多數值模擬,來印証理論推導的正確性。

Abstract This report presents the comparison between theoretical analysis and numerical simulation for oscillator design including op amp. First, we use Barkhousen criteria to interpret the Wien-bridge oscillator including idea op amp. We study the reason why the idea op amp can not be used to interpret the Colpitts oscillator if we follow the same procedures for Wien-bridge oscillator. Second, we interpret the op amp oscillator by the concept of RLC parallel circuit. In time-domain RLC circuit it would be more clear to understand the increasing or decreasing of the oscillation amplitude. Finally, we added diode circuit to control the oscillation amplitude. Many numerical simulations by the circuit simulator TINA have been studied to verify the validity of our theoretical analysis.
