使用兩個第二代電流傳輸器及接地被動元件之高輸出阻抗電流式一階全通濾波器

摘要


本論文將提出以第二代電流傳輸器(CCII)所設計的八個電流式一階全通濾波器。於本論文中所討論之八個濾波器電路皆擁有相同的轉移函數且皆擁有高輸出阻抗之特性。此八個濾波器皆使用兩個CCIIs、2個接地電容器及兩個接地電阻器。前五個濾波器使用兩個CCII+而後三個濾波器則分別使用一個CCII+及一個CCII-。且此八個電路所使用之被動元件都接地,以積體電路製造之觀點是非常有利的。由於此八個濾波器擁有高輸出阻抗特性,故可被直接串接。本論文使用PSPICE軟體來模擬,其中以AD844來模擬第二代電流傳輸器(CCII),模擬結果滿足理論及分析。

In this paper, eight current mode first-order all-pass filters using second-generation current conveyors (CCIIs) are presented. Each of the proposed filters has the same transfer function and provides the feature of high output impedance. Each of the proposed filters employs two CCIIs, two grounded capacitors and two grounded resistors. Each of the first five filters employs two CCII+, then each of the others employs one CCII+ and CCII-. The filters use grounded capacitors and resistors, which is suitable for integrated circuit implementation. The proposed filters shall be cascaded because of the high output impedance. The plus-type CCII was implemented using one AD844, the minus-type CCII was implemented using two AD844s. The results of simulation verify that the theoretical analysis are included.
