新冠肺炎(Covid-19)疫情期間,龐大的患者數量迫使各國紛紛設立臨時醫院應對。體溫由於能有效評估Covid-19病人預後情況,體溫的監控在這些臨時醫院環境中扮演著重要的腳色。然而現今醫療環境中最常使用的體溫量測方式為額溫量測,除了容易受環境溫度影響外,還需工作人員親自紀錄。故本研究建立一套體溫量測精準性高且自動化紀錄的體溫量測方法,作為體溫監控的方式。 本研究所提出的無線耳溫量測系統,設計個人化的體溫量測裝置,以紅外線溫度感測器量測病人耳溫,並搭配低功耗藍牙將量測結果傳送至電腦,自動記錄於電腦中。醫院中的工作人員可藉由電腦端介面設定裝置的量測間隔,並查看量測結果。 本系統之溫度量測準確性與市售耳溫槍相若,並可維持近30小時的工作時間。
During the coronavirus disease(Covid-19) epidemic, the large number of patients forced countries to set up temporary hospitals to cope with the epidemic. Temperature monitoring plays an important role in these temporary hospital settings because of its effectiveness in assessing the prognosis of Covid-19 patients. However, the most common method of temperature measurement in today's medical environment is the frontal temperature measurement, which is not only easily affected by the ambient temperature, but also requires the staff to record it personally. Therefore, this study establishes a method of temperature measurement with high accuracy and automatic recording as a way to monitor patients’ body temperature. This study propose a wireless ear temperature measurement system, with personalized body temperature measurement devices, which use the infrared temperature sensor to measure the patient's ear temperature and Bluetooth Low Energy to transmit the measurement results to a computer and record them automatically. The staff in the hospital can set the measurement interval of the devices and view the measurement results through the computer interface. This system measures temperatures comparable to commercially available ear temperature guns and can last up to 30 hours of operation.
