集合住宅彈性空間設計手法之探討-以TID得獎獎項為例

住宅空間為最主要貼近人們的生活空間，然而藉由臺灣住宅型態演變過程中觀察發現，人口密度、家庭結構以及使用空間機能等因素之改變，往往產生不同住宅型態的衍生。隨著不同的住宅型態改變，彈性隔間設計手法在近幾年廣泛運用在住宅空間中，多元且多功能的機能運用，造就住宅空間不同閱讀的多樣性，形成了新的居住型態。本論文以臺灣住宅型態演變與彈性界面設計手法之相關論文為研究樣本，希望透過文獻收集與分析，探討室內空間開放性設計手法，對於住宅空間產生的新型態居住方式之影響，了解現今彈性隔間手法大量置入住宅型態現象之原因。並透過相關的政府文獻資料了解現今居住者，因房價的高攀不下以及生育率下降等社會環境因素，使得家庭結構的人數縮減以及住宅空間所面臨的不斷緊縮，導致空間面積不足，而必須將空間彈性化且多機能樣貌的使用，而本論文研究多樣化的彈性界面，並與現今通用住宅格局做結合比對，透過大量的組合排列，提出相對應的彈性界面使用方法。最後透過分析臺灣室內設計大獎TID獎項中的案例，了解案例中更加多元且不同型態化的彈性界面設計，期望此論文研究可以幫助空間設計者與居住者，在對於住宅空間不斷縮小的環境下，能運用不同的彈性界面設計方法，將整體空間感有所開放以及達到多重機能行為的運用，創造自己所理想的住宅生活空間。

Houses are different living spaces that are close to people in different houses. Over time, it has been observed from the process of Taiwan’s house typology that changes in characteristics such as population, family structure, and use of space functions have gradually resulted in the derivation of house typology. In the years of change, flexible housing design, flexible housing in the space, diversified use of the function movement, based on the residential lifestyle, forming a new lifestyle. This dissertation takes as a research sample the related papers on the evolution of Taiwan's residential styles and flexible interface design techniques. It is hoped that through literature collection and analysis, it will explore the open design techniques of indoor spaces and the impact on the new residential styles of residential spaces, and understand the current situation. The reason for the large number of flexible cubicles placed in the residential type phenomenon. And through relevant government documents to understand the current occupants, due to social environmental factors such as high housing prices and declining fertility rates, the number of family structures has shrunk and the housing space is facing continuous shrinking, resulting in insufficient space and space. The use of flexible and multi-functional appearance, and this thesis studies the diversified flexible interface, and compares it with the current general residential layout, and proposes the corresponding flexible interface usage method through a large number of combinations and arrangements. Finally, by analyzing the cases in the TID Award of the Taiwan Interior Design Awards, we can understand the more diverse and different types of flexible interface design in the case. It is hoped that this paper research can help space designers and occupants in the environment of shrinking residential space. , Can use different flexible interface design methods to open up the overall sense of space and achieve the use of multiple functional behaviors to create their own ideal residential living space.
