校園諮商輔導空間用後評估之相關研究：以北二區大專校院為例

Abstracts

近年大專校院學生發生校園事故件數高居首位，許多校園事件具有突發性、不確定性及時間的急迫性，各校應妥善做好預防措施，以及具備即時處理的應變能力以減少其損害程度。然而學生素質分歧、背景多元，相繼而來的就是學生學習、適應、心理疾病問題等日益增加；加上社會環境轉變，使學校輔導工作日益重要，輔導工作在各大專院校中受到重視將是趨勢。有鑑於此，本研究透過「田野調查」針對北二區共25所校園諮商輔導中心作為調查對象，並且利用「專家訪談」瞭解北二區共22位諮輔專員對於諮輔中心空間的需求；企圖藉由「地域性」及「學校屬性」，探討諮輔中心之「空間構成類型」和「各單元空間規劃現況」，同時從「諮商者」與「被諮商者」作為研究視點，透過問卷調查法瞭解諮輔中心之【使用行為】、【空間規劃需求】與【使用滿意度】，以探討諮輔中心之空間規劃特性及需求。
研究結果得知，在空間構成部分，【40坪以下】之諮輔中心空間單元呈現「共用性高」及「機能性低」的空間構成特性，而【80坪以上】者之空間單元則為「獨立性高」和「多元性高」之特性，且北二區之諮輔中心室內專用面積多屬小規模，顯示諮輔中心空間資源較為不足；而在用後評估方面，其滿意程度因素依序為「整體空間與設備品質」>「空間設計與品質」>「空間構成特性」，且研究發現性別與【諮輔中心使用滿意度】具有顯著之關聯性。

Parallel abstracts

Over recent years the age of incidents showed a gradual decrease and those folks had been taking notes in the importance of psychological counseling, and the highest frequent occurrence of incidents happens among students in universities. These campus cases contain suddenness, uncertainties, and urgency, and each campus should be prepared for precautions and have an adaptive process to reduce loss. Henceforth, campus counseling acts the foremost and the last defense to help student’s balance in body, mind and spirit. The increasing problem in student’s learning, adaptation; mental sickness can be referred to the diversity in student’s characters and background. With the changing in social environment the importance of school guidance is gradually increasing and becomes the work in university guidance as well. Therefore, the object of study is to analyze the “composition of space” and “each unit of the current space planning” in aspect of “regionalism” and “school attributes”, on the sample of 25 campus counseling centers in Northern Taiwan. At the same time “counselor” and “counselee” are to become the research’s focal point, through questionnaire method to understand “user’s behavior”, “requirement of space design” and “levels of user’s satisfaction with space”. As a result we could realize the characters in space planning and user’s requirement for the counseling center.
The research result also shows that in the spatial structure below 132.2 square meters, the counseling center unit displays “high dependency” and “low function” of property, while above 264.4 square meters, the spatial unit displays “high independency” and “high diversities” of property. The usage of most interior area on counseling center in Northern Taiwan is of small scale and of insufficient spatial resource. The post-occupancy evaluation of user’s satisfaction level by the order are “overall spatial and facility quality”, “the design and quality of space” and “the character of space construction” respectively. In addition, the gender and “counseling center usage satisfaction” have a significant correlation.
