IEC61850是一項服務電力系統的通訊協定,透過物件導向技術規劃電力系統在通訊網路傳輸數據的方式,將系統功能數據化,以在具有通信接口的設備之間實踐各種方案。 本論文以ABB IED模擬IEC61850變電站及配電饋線的保護功能,除了證實以IEC61850通訊架構實踐電力系統保護方案是可行的,亦根據模擬結果,分析基於IEC61850通訊架構設計的保護方案,可能會有的問題。 隨著電網對通訊網路的依賴增加,如何解決與預防通訊故障對電網的影響,是十分重要的議題。本論文提出一套IEC61850通訊規範下的饋線IED斷訊後備保護,使配電饋線上即使有IED發生斷訊,仍能透過其他IED完成饋線保護。
IEC61850 is a communication protocol that serves the power system. It uses object-oriented technology to plan the way that the power system transmits data on the communication network, to digitize the system functions, and to implement various solutions between devices with communication interfaces. This research uses ABB IED to simulate the protection functions of a substation and a distribution feeder by IEC 61850. In addition to verifying that it is feasible to implement the power system protection scheme with the IEC61850 communication architecture, it also analyzes the possible problems of the IEC61850 protection scheme based on the simulation results. With the increasing dependence of the power grid on the communication network, how to solve and prevent the impact of communication failures on the power grid has become a very important topic. This thesis proposes a logical feeder IED outage backup protection mechanism under the IEC61850 communication specification, so that even if there is an IED interrupted, the feeder protection can still be completed through other IEDs.
