陶瓷真空吸盤浮雕機設計

摘要


本文開發了一台適用於浮雕加工和治具加工的低成本簡易型雕刻機,以滿足產品開發試製階段之要求。此雕刻機採用PCB成型機的設計框架,結合開源軟體與GRBL控制器、步進馬達以開迴路控制系統控制設備切削工作進行,並使用陶瓷真空吸盤來穩定加工件。完成之機台外觀尺寸為720mm x 620mm x 600mm,有效行程為420mm x 380mm x 230m,加工檯面規格為310mm x 310mm。測試結果顯示薄化的加工件用陶瓷真空吸盤固定,有效減少加工過程中真空壓力過大導致產品變形、翹曲,可做為學校研究中使用昂貴設備的可行替代方案。

This study developed a low-cost, simplified engraving machine suitable for relief and jig processing to meet the requirements of the product development and prototyping phase. This engraver utilizes a PCB molding machine design framework, integrated with open-source software, a GRBL controller, and stepper motors using an open-loop control system to manage cutting operations. It employs a ceramic vacuum chuck to stabilize workpieces. The completed machine's dimensions are 720mm x 600mm x 600mm, with an effective travel of 420mm x 400mm x 200mm and a working table size of 400mm x 400mm. Test results indicate that thin workpieces fixed with the ceramic vacuum chuck significantly reduce deformation and warping due to excessive vacuum pressure during processing, making this machine a viable alternative to more expensive equipment for academic research applications.
