提取自鳳梨葉的植化素在化妝品和保養品中的應用具有潛在的商業價值。其天然植物來源的特性,不僅符合現代消費者對天然成分的需求,同時也能夠為產品增添更高的附加價值。這使得我們的研究既滿足了對鳳梨葉的深入瞭解,也推動了將其應用於化妝品和保養品產業的探索,開啟了一個嶄新的研究領域。透過本研究,我們期望為天然植物廢剩資源的合理開發和利用提供新的方向,同時為化妝品和保養品行業的產品創新做出貢獻。 本研究聚焦於鳳梨葉的植化素,特別是類黃酮和多酚等成分,這些成分具有卓越的抗氧化能力以及具有皮膚修復功能的尿囊素,目標為萃取出最佳的類黃酮含量、多酚含量以及抗氧化能力,找出最佳萃取參數。利用乙醇溶劑對鳳梨粉進行萃取,藉由一次一因子實驗找出不同參數之適當範圍,並使用回應曲面法針對溫度(45 / 50 / 55 ℃)、萃取時間(2 / 3 / 4 hr)、溶劑濃度(75 / 85 / 95 %)進行最佳化試驗,獲得最佳類黃酮含量5.20 (mg rutin/g)、多酚含量63.53 (mg GAE/g)、DPPH自由基清除能力92.72 %、乙醇萃之蛋白質濃度9.21 (μg/μL),乙醇萃之PH酸鹼值為5.96、綜合整體效果的最佳參數為溫度55。C、時間4 hr、乙醇濃度85%。
The extraction of phytochemicals from pineapple leaves holds potential commercial value in the cosmetics and skincare industry. Their natural botanical origin not only meets the modern consumer demand for natural ingredients but also adds higher value to products. Our research not only deepens the understanding of pineapple leaves but also explores their application in cosmetics and skincare, opening up a new research field. Through this study, we aim to provide new directions for the rational development and utilization of natural plant waste resources, while contributing to product innovation in the cosmetics and skincare industry. This study focuses on the phytochemicals of pineapple leaves, especially flavonoids and polyphenols, which exhibit outstanding antioxidant abilities and skin-repairing functions such as allantoin. The objective is to extract the optimal content of flavonoids, polyphenols, and antioxidant capacity, identifying the best extraction parameters. Ethanol solvent is used to extract phytochemicals from pineapple powders, with appropriate ranges of different parameters identified through one-factor-at-a-time experiments, and response surface methodology applied to optimize temperature (45/50/55 ℃), extraction time (2/3/4 hr), and solvent concentration (75/85/95%). The optimum conditions yield a flavonoid content of 5.20 (mg rutin/g), polyphenol content of 63.53 (mg GAE/g), DPPH radical scavenging capacity of 92.72%, protein concentration of 9.21 (μg/μL) in ethanol extract, and a pH value of 5.96. The overall optimal parameters are a temperature of 55 ℃, extraction time of 4 hr, and ethanol concentration of 85%.
