In recent years, motorcycle accidents have frequently occurred in Taiwan, resulting in severe fatalities and injuries. Currently, the Ministry of Transportation primarily uses static posters and dynamic videos to promote traffic safety, but these methods have limitations. This study aims to explore an innovative promotional approach that can clearly present the key causes of accidents frame by frame, enhancing the effectiveness of traffic safety promotions in Taiwan. First, this study collected relevant literature to investigate the differences in communication methods between sequential art and dynamic imagery. It also examined case studies of parallax scrolling websites and educational promotional works to improve the attractiveness and effectiveness of the creation. Subsequently, a motorcycle safety driving advocacy webpage was created using the concept of sequential art, simulating real dangerous motorcycle accident scenarios. Parallax scrolling technology was employed to produce a promotional page with a three-dimensional dynamic effect. To verify the effectiveness of this promotional approach, this study conducted a semistructured interview analysis. The results indicated that the sequential art webpage attracted more attention from respondents compared to traditional static posters and dynamic videos, effectively conveying traffic safety information. Respondents found the visual effects of the sequential art webpage innovative, the content clear and easy to understand, and it made it easier for them to access and comprehend traffic safety information. They also mentioned that the cases and scenarios presented on the webpage resonated with them, reinforcing their awareness and emphasis on safe driving. Through actual exhibitions and interview analysis, this study demonstrated that this creative promotional approach can effectively enhance audience engagement and learning interest, thereby improving the safety driving awareness of motorcyclists.
