臺灣「綠裝修」黃金等級住宅案例之設計實務檢討
Review of Design Practices for Taiwan's "Green Renovation" Gold-Level Residential Projects
摘要
隨著全球環境問題的日益嚴峻，環保和永續發展的意識已經深植人心，推動了室內健康環境的蓬勃發展。室內健康環境不僅符合環保理念，也能創造健康的居住環境。台灣在經濟發展的同時，也高度重視環保與永續發展，各地方團體均開始正視室內健康環境的觀念並初步進行其裝修方式的實踐。但是，由於觀念缺乏與評定標準的不統一性、設計規劃與施工程序的不明確性、設計師與施工人員缺乏專業訓練等問題，室內健康環境的裝修方式推廣還面臨許多障礙。要真正實現室內健康環境的裝修方式，還需要加強觀念形成與推廣、有明確的評定標準，以及提高設計師與施工人員的專業能力，並且取得政府與社會各界的大力支持。這樣的裝修方式能夠為人們創造健康舒適的生活居住環境，也將是室內設計規劃與施工管理的重要發展方向。未來仍需要社會各界共同努力，在觀念和實踐層面推動其蓬勃發展。 臺灣綠裝修發展協會，其參考「綠建築」認證系統LEED、WELL、EEWH內之認證方式，推展出「綠裝修」認證的評定標準，此舉在臺灣推行室內健康環境裝修方式的過程中，扮演著相當重要的角色。目前，在「綠裝修」認證評定中，其等級劃分共有4個等級：合格級、標準級、黃金級、白金級，透過明確的認證項目評定與數據檢測，為室內健康環境狀況作一個判定，是目前臺灣針對室內健康環境中唯一具有認證評定機制的一個標準，其認證評定項目內容目前仍然隨著執行經驗累積與全球趨勢發展持續地進行調整之中。 本研究首先進行文獻探討，對「綠裝修」一詞進行闡明，以釐清「綠裝修」等於「綠建材」或「綠建築」的錯誤觀念。其次，融合了室內設計實務、室內健康環境的相關學術研究，旨在瞭解其相互的影響與關聯性。後續，明列出「綠裝修」認證之認證細則，透過認證細則以清楚明白其實施的成本、內容與認證評定標準。在經過認證細則的分析中，黃金級等級在「綠裝修」認證裡的效益比明顯較高，本研究透過3個黃金級案例的解讀和分析，整理出如何在實務中進行「綠裝修」認證的執行項目，包含規劃設計、材料選用、施工過程管理到最後驗收與室內環境品質檢測的結果，旨在讓人們了解室內健康環境在裝修的過程中如何實行，也供未來在研究或推動室內健康環境的裝修方式標準化起到一個前導作用。

As global environmental issues become increasingly severe, awareness of environmental protection and sustainable development has deeply rooted in people's minds, spurring the vigorous development of healthy indoor environments. Creating healthy living spaces aligns with environmental protection principles while promoting health and wellbeing. In Taiwan, alongside economic growth, great importance is attached to environmental protection and sustainable development. Local groups have begun to take the concept of healthy indoor environments seriously and have initially practiced related renovation methods. However, due to a lack of awareness, inconsistent evaluation standards, unclear design planning and construction procedures, and a lack of professional training among designers and construction personnel, the promotion of healthy indoor environment renovation methods still faces many obstacles. To truly achieve healthy indoor environment renovation, it is necessary to strengthen the formation and promotion of related concepts, establish clear evaluation standards, and improve the professional capabilities of designers and construction workers. This endeavor requires strong support from the government and all sectors of society. Such renovation methods can create healthy and comfortable living spaces and are a key development direction for interior design planning and construction management. Continuous social effort is needed to promote their vigorous development at both the conceptual and practical levels. Taiwan's Green Renovation Development Association has referred to certification systems such as "Green Building" LEED, WELL, and EEWH to develop "Green Renovation" certification standards. This initiative plays a crucial role in Taiwan's promotion of healthy indoor environment renovation practices. Currently, the certification for "Green Renovation" is divided into four levels: Qualified, Standard, Golden, and Platinum. Through clear certification item evaluations and data testing, the indoor health environment is judged, and this is the only certification evaluation mechanism in Taiwan specifically for indoor health environments. The certification evaluation items are continuously adjusted based on accumulated execution experience and global development trends. This research first conducts a literature review to clarify the term "Green Renovation" and to clear up the misconception that "Green Renovation" equates to "Green Building Materials" or "Green Buildings." Secondly, it integrates practical interior design and relevant academic research on healthy indoor environments to understand their mutual influence and correlation. Subsequently, it lists the certification details of "Green Renovation," including the costs, contents, and evaluation standards of implementing the certification. Through an analysis of these certification details, the benefits of the Golden level in "Green Renovation" certification are markedly higher. This research, through the interpretation and analysis of three Golden level cases, compiles practical "Green Renovation" certification execution items, including planning and design, material selection, construction process management, and final inspection and indoor environmental quality testing results. The aim is to provide an understanding of how to implement a healthy indoor environment in the renovation process, and to serve as a precursor to standardizing healthy indoor environment renovation methods for future research or promotion.
