本研究旨在建構室內設計裝修業專業倫理守則，作為室內設計專業團體制定專業倫理守則之參考。本研究經由文獻探討整理分析以及專家深度訪談方式整理室內設計裝修業專業倫理七大構面及其細項，再採用焦點團體法，以連續的結構化問卷針對25位專家學者與產業先進問卷訪查，建構出我國室內設計裝修業專業倫理守則。
研究過程分為三階段。首先，蒐集並比較國內外主要室內設計專業組織之設計倫理守則，共蒐集美國、英國、香港及國內建築師公會等六份倫理守則進行比較分析，整理成台灣室內設計裝修業專業倫理守則初步架構。接著，根據此架構擬定訪談大綱進行深度訪談，了解產學豐厚資歷的 9 位產業先進對此架構的看法，依照不同的利害關係人對象分成十一個構面後，編制問卷。最後，透過問卷調查之方式，了解專業公會團體、專家學者等對各項條文的重視程度，據此作爲草擬守則的依據；有效問卷為25份。
根據研究結果整理：我國室內設計裝修業倫理守則主要包含七大構面，且於每個構面項下涵蓋了專業倫理守則條文，研究結果可作為國內室內設計裝修專業團體實行倫理守則及室內設計教育單位之參考。

ABSTRACT

This study aims to construct a professional code of ethics for the interior design and decoration industry, serving as a reference for professional associations in the field. Through a literature review and expert in-depth interviews, this research identifies and organizes seven key dimensions and their specifics related to professional ethics in the industry. The study then employs focus groups and a structured questionnaire survey involving 25 experts and industry leaders to develop Taiwan's professional code of ethics for interior design and decoration.

The research process was divided into three stages. First, ethics codes from major interior design organizations in the U.S., U.K., Hong Kong, and Taiwan's Architect Association were collected and analyzed to create an initial framework for Taiwan’s interior design and decoration industry. Second, based on this framework, interview outlines were prepared, and in-depth interviews with nine experienced professionals resulted in dividing ethical guidelines into eleven dimensions according to different stakeholders. Finally, the interview data were synthesized with literature findings, and a questionnaire was developed to assess the significance of each guideline among professional associations, scholars, and industry leaders. Valid responses from 25 experts served as the basis for drafting the code.
Based on the research findings, the professional code of ethics for Taiwan's interior design and decoration industry primarily consists of seven major dimensions, each containing specific ethical guidelines. These results can serve as a reference for the implementation of ethical codes by professional associations in the interior design industry and as a guide for educational institutions in the field.
