製造執行系統(MES)對於製造商來說是一重要製造系統。然而,各製造商之間作業流程的差異,使得預估專案完成日(ATP)有相當程度的困難。本研究提出一方法以協助專案管理活動 (PM)更加準確的預估專案完成日。根據能力成熟模式整合(CMMI),組態管理 (CM)是達成能力成熟度第二級的重要流程,而成熟度第二級代表組織有能力重複利用專案經驗。 為了使專案經驗可重複,本研究提出一內含五個步驟的方法。首先,建立產品資料以及組態項目(CI);第二,建立完整的專案任務以及每一任務之期間;第三;將組態項目與專案任務之間于以關連;第四,根據個別專案需求,選取所需要的組態項目;第五,將組態項目之間的關連,轉換為任務之間的先後順序關係,並產生甘特圖與專案預計完成日。此外,根據本研究提出之方法,建立了一套根據MES Solution Inc.以及實際之專案導入經驗之MES產品資料,並將其中之組態項目轉換為專案任務與甘特圖,隨後預估出MES專案之預計完成日。此方法可協助專案經理更準確預估新專案的可允諾完成日,並使製造商能夠更快速的導入MES。
Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is an important system to manufacturing process of manufacturers. There are already many MES products available in market. However, while implementing MES, each company’s unique operations can’t be fitted into a standard version of MES, and customizations make it difficult to estimate the correct available-to-promise (ATP) day. This research proposes a method that helps Project Management (PM) estimate the project ATP more correctly. By referring to capability maturity model integrated (CMMI), Configuration Management (CM) is critical to achieve maturity level 2: repeatable, which means an organization is capable of making project experience repeatable and reusable. In order to make project experience repeatable, a five steps method is proposed in this research: first, build up product data and configuration items; second, build up project tasks and their durations; third, map the relationship between tasks and configuration items; fourth, configure for project requirement; fifth, transfer configuration item relationship into project task sequential order, Gantt chart and ATP day. Moreover, practical MES product data is implemented according to the proposed method. The MES product data is based on MES Solution Inc. and practical MES implementation projects. Each Configuration Item (CI) is transferred into project tasks and Gantt chart, thus estimates the ATP day of a MES project. This method greatly helps project managers correctly estimate the deliverability of new MES projects, and allows manufacturer implement MES more quickly.
