在面對競爭環境越發嚴峻的時代,許多傳統扣件產業均面臨轉型的挑戰;以往是以生產電腦硬碟螺絲從事外銷事業的A公司,近年來因為硬碟的容量技術不斷被提升,硬碟壽命延長後,需求也大幅減少,為求永續經營,A公司即轉型製作汽車螺絲,但公司也在轉型後,衍生出倉庫、模具及人力資源缺乏等問題。本研究以搜集相關文獻作為初級資料,並以訪談內容作為次級資料,建議個案公司導入POS系統管理原物料倉庫,並以DEFORM®-3D軟體模擬模具尺寸,降低生產成本,最後分析推行智慧工廠之步驟,以利公司主管作出正確的必要性評估。
In the era of increasingly fierce competition, many traditional fastener industries are faced with the challenge of transformation. In the past, the company “A” was engaged in the production of computer hard disk screws for export business. In recent years, because the hard disk capacity technology has been continuously improving and the life cycle of the hard disk has been extended, the demand has been greatly reduced. For the sake of sustainable management, the company “A” is transforming and producing automobile screws now. However, after the transformation, the company also faces problems such as the lack of warehouses, molds, and human resources. This study collects related documents as primary data, and uses interview content as secondary data. It is recommended that the company “A” adopt the POS system to manage the raw material warehouse, and use DEFORM®-3D software to simulate the mold size and reduce the production cost. Finally, this study analyzes the steps to implement the smart factories so that the company’s management can make necessary and appropriate assessments.
