利用大數據分析預測產品品質與生產設備的策略分析

摘要


隨著3C產品使用普及,各零件製造商除了配合新產品設計做生產調整外,更需持續的審視內部生產狀況以避免成本耗損。貨品如期交貨與提供優良的產品是維持客戶關係的基本要件。 為避免製程控制不良與機台生產良率過低而影響產能,本研究利用歷史數據來探討品質與設備對良率的影響分析。透過迴歸實證分析找出各變數對良率的影響狀況,利用相關係數分析、比較平均數分析法與K-means分群法得出策略搭配的評估分析結果,藉由量化數據作為未來生產改善的搭配參考建議。

Since popularization of 3C products, manufacturers adjust mode of production with the new products design to keep up profitability. In order to do that, manufactures need to pay attention on market trends, and examine its internal production to avoid cost loss at all times. The on time delivery and offer the excellent products are essential requirements to maintain customer relationships. This thesis is to use historical data to explore the impact of quality and equipment on yield rate. To avoid the poor process control and low yield rate of production on productivity in advance. Research methods include Regression Analysis to find out the influence of variables on yield rate, by apply Correlation Coefficient Analysis, Analysis of Variance and K-means clustering method to get the best combination of strategies. The analyzed quantitative data indicators could be used as a reference for future production improvement.
