The motivation for this study stems from the fact that the researchers often faced inquiries from parents and special education students about the admissions system when they were teaching in high school. For students and parents with special educational needs, the complicated and cumbersome information on further education causes a great burden. This research hopes to reduce the barriers to understanding the information of multiple entrance programs for students with special educational needs through the creation of information charts on the entrance programs, and help them understand the admission system and smoothly choose their own entrance programs. This study uses literature research to sort out information screening methods, data visualization and functional properties of infographics, the perspective of universal design, and the current university admissions diversity approach. And through the domestic case analysis of the existing education information charts and foreign education information charts, and then interviewed and surveyed the special auxiliary teachers and special education teachers currently serving in high school, and then in-depth understanding of the key points of retrieving the information and how students understand the information. After sorting out the difficulties, select the appropriate content for creation. The design and creation of infographics is carried out. The items to be created are the timetable for further education, the analysis of the entrance to university, the introduction of the entrance to university (7 pieces in total), the application for examination services, etc., totaling 10 pieces. The creation of this research uses infographics to convey information on university entrance programs can help students with special educational needs understand the information on further education. In the future communication of further education information, the concept of infographics can be incorporated as a reference for visual design.
