本研究量測二氧化碳在立體障礙醇胺2-Amino-2-methyl-1,3-propanediol (AMPD) 摻和多元胺Diethylenetriamine (DETA)的混合醇胺水溶液中氣液平衡之溶解度數值,本研究之雙成分系統為AMPD / H2O系統,其濃度為10 wt%、20 wt%、30 wt% AMPD水溶夜,溫度為40 °C, 60 °C及80 °C ; 三成分系統為AMPD / DETA / H2O,其濃度為20 wt% AMPD + 10 wt% DETA、15 wt% AMPD + 15 wt% DETA、10 wt% AMPD + 20 wt% DETA,溫度為40 °C, 60 °C及80 °C。各系統中的二氧化碳分壓範圍皆為1~1000 kPa。 本研究所得的氣液平衡數據是使用由Li and Shen (1993)提出的Modified Kent and Eisenberg熱力學模式來表示。本研究結果提供混合醇胺吸收劑的二氧化碳吸收數據,可以當做設計二氧化碳吸收程序使用本混合醇胺系統為吸收劑之設計與計算。
The solubility of carbon dioxide in the vapor-liquid equilibrium of the blended Sterically hindered amine aqueous solution of 2-Amino-2-Methyl-1,3-propanediol (AMPD) and polyamine Diethylenetriamine (DETA) has been measured. The binary system is an AMPD / H2O system, with concentrations 10 wt%, 20 wt% and 30 wt% AMPD, the temperature is 40 ° C, 60 ° C and 80 ° C; the ternary system is AMPD / DETA / H2O, with concentrations 20wt % AMPD + 10 wt% DETA, 15 wt% AMPD + 15 wt% DETA and 10 wt% AMPD + 20 wt% DETA, the temperature is 40 °C, 60 °C and 80 °C. The partial pressure of carbon dioxide in each system ranges from 1 to 1000 kPa. The vapor-liquid equilibrium data obtained in this study is expressed using the Modified Kent and Eisenberg thermodynamic model modified by Li and Shen (1993). The results of this study provide carbon dioxide absorption data for studied blended alkanolamine absorbents, which can be used for designing carbon dioxide absorption process using the studied systems.
