自中科院轉型為行政法人後,成為具有公共任務的法人機構,期盼達到「取之於社會,用之於社會」的目標。2017年中科院研發展示館成立,籌建目的是為展示本院研製成果,希望藉以催化產業升級,吸引人才投入及結合地方發展,以達經濟及社會之責任。因此,展示館是實現經濟與社會責任媒介之一,透過本研究來探討影響中科院研發展示館社會影響力之關鍵因素。 本研究經蒐整過去相關研究文獻建立雛形架構後,透過德爾菲法發放專家問卷,以建立正式研究架構,再運用決策實驗室分析法,針對曾經參訪過中科院研發展示館之訪客進行問卷調查及分析。本研究結果顯示,在準則重要度及績效值分析中,個人文化認同、價值使命、社會角色定位三項準則,皆為表現良好應繼續保持,惟個人學習思考為極需改善之準則,建議可依參訪者的身分別,適時以生活化的比喻,激發個人思考。展示館的價值與使命為產生社會影響力的源頭,並同時對個人學習與文化認同及促進產業發展產生影響。
After NCSIT was transformed into a public body, it has become a legal person institution with public missions, hoping to achieve the goal of "taking it from the society and using it for the society". In 2017, the NCSIST Science and Technology Exhibition Center was established. The purpose of preparation is to display the research results of the Institute, hoping to catalyze industrial upgrading, attract talented people and combine local development to achieve economic and social responsibility. Therefore, the exhibition is one of the mediums for realizing economic and social responsibility. Through this study, the key factors influencing of social impact of the NCSIST Science and Technology Exhibition Center. In this study, after collecting the relevant research paper in the past to establish a prototype structure, the expert questionnaire was distributed through the Delphi method to establish a formal research structure, and then used DEMANTEL to conduct a questionnaire survey and analysis on visitors who had visited the NCSIST Science and Technology Exhibition Center. The results of this study show that in the analysis of the importance of the criteria and the performance value, the three criteria of personal cultural identity, value mission, and social role positioning are all good performance and should be maintained, but personal learning and thinking are the criteria that need to be improved. According to the identity of the visitors, the metaphor of life will be used to stimulate personal thinking. The value and mission of the exhibition are the source of social influence, and at the same time have an impact on personal learning and cultural identity and promote industrial development.
