橡膠電纜是W公司近幾年發展的新產品,生產參數尚未成熟穩定,由於生產參數會 影響到橡膠電纜的外觀及特性,因此生產參數的制定對於產品品質十分重要。 產能提升為精實生產重要的一環,為W公司目前正努力推動的目標,本論文以W公 司生產之樣品進行研究,設法找出影響橡膠電纜交聯押出製程產品品質的關鍵因子,並 並利用實驗設計法(DOE),以不同的生產參數去探討對於產品品質的影響,在材料特性 合乎需求及電纜外觀良好的前提下,找出最佳的生產參數,使橡膠電纜的產能及品質獲 得提升。 經分析後得出影響產品品質的關鍵因子為線速、蒸氣壓力及表面溫度,使用不同的 生產參數組合去測試,最後利用Minitab軟體找出最佳生產條件為線速2.4 M/min,蒸氣 壓力6 bar,表面溫度180oC,電纜有良好的物性及外觀,後續進行再現性實驗產品品質 也較原先量產參數佳,顯示其有再現性。
Rubber cable is a new product developed by W company in recent years. The manufacturing process was not quite stable yet. Since the production conditions will affect the appearance and characteristics of rubber cable. Therefore, formulating the production parameters is very important for product quality. Increasing the production capacity is an important part of lean production. This study mainly uses a W company's sample to conduct research. The goal of this study is to find out the key factors that affect the product quality of the rubber cable cross-linking process. And use the Design of Experiments (DOE) method to investigate the impact of product quality with different experimental parameters. And find the optimal production parameter to improve the production capacity and quality of rubber cables. According to the results of the study, the key factors on the product quality are the line speed, surface temperature and steam pressure. The final result analyze by minitab that the surface temperature (180oC), steam pressure (6 bar), line speed (2.4 M/min) are the preferred production parameters, and the reproducible quality better than the mass production parameter. It’s showing that it has reproducibility.
