應用於生醫多參數微感測系統之單片模組化印刷電路板設計實現

Single Modular Printed Circuit Board Design and Implementation for Biological Multi-Parameter Sensing System Application

摘要


由於世界各國人口壽命增長,高齡化比例持續攀升,高齡化是全球的趨勢,為提高人類生活品質現今醫療器材產業技術的進步,造就了人類的退化性疾病或慢性病等。對於自我的健康意識上升以及生醫用監測技術發達,讓我們可以主動掌握個人的健康狀況,記錄身體狀況量測數值,在無法就醫時能遠端上傳資料數據提供醫師進行評估來改善生活作息與飲食方式降低發病機率。可攜式多功能智慧生醫環境感測模組開發與研究以遠端可攜式感測裝置來監測個人的健康狀態及針對患者之方式應用於醫院、居家照護及戶外與工作區域可提前預防之定點照護檢測(Point-of-Care Testing, POCT),使用檢測儀器體積小、容易移動或攜帶,檢測儀器操作也非常簡單、精準、能快速產生結果並透過物聯網技術上傳數據分享資料到雲端。尿路結石微感測的檢測系統主要是三種感測機制(電位式離子感測電晶體、電流式三電極酵素感測電極、電導式四電極感測器)與創新的讀出電路處理系統完成尿液中pH、Ca2+離子濃度、尿酸濃度、尿液電導率四核心參數的檢測。 為了將尿路結石三種微感測檢測系統優化與改善單片模組PC版,使其能面積更小且功能更強,本研究中將由設計PCB多層疊構製程與IC 零件改為 SMD縮小空間,Layout走線使用20mil 以上設定加強製程參數中電流密度並且測量電鍍均勻能力(Throwing Power),來實現與設計改善原有的問題。

Due to the increase in the life expectancy of the world's population, the aging rate continues to rise, and aging is a global trend, in order to improve the quality of human life, the technological advances in the medical equipment industry have created degenerative or chronic diseases of human beings. for the rise in self-health awareness and advanced biomedical monitoring technology, let us take the initiative to grasp personal health, record physical condition measurement values and upload data remotely to provide physicians for evaluation when you are unable to seek medical treatment to improve your daily routine and diet to reduce the incidence of disease. development and research of portable multi-functional intelligent biomedical environment sensing module, remote portable sensing device is used to monitor the health status of individuals and the way for patients, it can be used in hospitals, home care and outdoor and work areas to prevent in advance (Point-of-Care Testing, POCT), the detection instrument is small in size and easy to move or carry. the operation of the detection instrument is also very simple and accurate, it can quickly produce results and upload data to the cloud through the Internet of things technology. the detection system of urinary calculi micro-sensing mainly consists of three sensing mechanisms (Potential ion sensing transistor, current type three-electrode enzyme sensing electrode, conductivity type four-electrode sensor) with the innovative readout circuit processing system, it completes the detection of the four core parameters of urine pH, Ca2+ ion concentration, uric acid concentration, and urine conductivity. In order to optimize and improve the three types of micro-sensing detection systems for urinary calculi the single-chip module PC version, make it smaller and more powerful, in this research, the design of PCB multilayer structure process and IC parts will be changed to SMD to reduce the space, layout traces use settings above 10mil to enhance the current density in the process parameters and measure the plating uniformity (Throwing Power) to achieve and design to improve the original problems.
