聊天機器人(ChatBot)是可藉對話或文字模擬人類對話進行交談的電腦程式, 聊天機器應用範圍很廣泛,諸如線上客服、生活應用、教育與娛樂等。本研究藉LINE為載台建立一支聊天機器人,輔助通信專長評測之應用,以通訓中心-有線電專長班為對象進行操作體驗與訪談,將訪談結果依便利性、易用性及實用性三個構面進行分析,從中找出潛在需求。本研究根據訪談的結果,整理出用戶潛在的需求結果如下: (1) 設計更完善具體的對話內容 (2) 建立更完整的資料庫 (3) 設計更精準的關鍵字回覆 (4) 朝虛擬助理系統架構的導向設計 關鍵字:聊天機器人、通信專長評測、便利性、易用性、實用性
Chatbot (ChatBot) is a computer program that simulates human dialogue through dialogue or text. Chatbots are used in a wide range of applications, such as online customer service, life applications, education and entertainment. This research uses LINE as the carrier to build a chat robot to assist the application of communication expertise evaluation, and conducts operation experience and interviews with the general training center-cable telecommunication expertise class. The interview results are based on convenience, ease of use and practicality. Three dimensions are analyzed to identify potential needs. Based on the results of the interviews, this study sorted out the potential needs of users as follows: (1) Design more complete and specific dialogue content (2) Build a more complete database (3) Design more accurate keyword responses (4) Oriented design towards virtual assistant system architecture Keywords: Chatbot、Communication expertise test、Convenience、Ease of use、Practicality
