摘要 在資訊化的時代,企業為支援公司的企業流程、管理決策,以及提升企業的競爭優勢策略,紛紛導入各種資訊系統來協助處理公司的流程與作業,如企業資源規劃系統、製造執行系統,以及現場監控系統等。現場監控系統主要使用於人工組裝占比較高的產品製造業,用以監控生產現場的製程,以加強生產現場的管制,使得生產現場的產能控制、工時控制與品質控制等能符合所訂定的目標。 許多企業基於政治、經濟、市場及成本的考量,常會需要進行企業併購、海外擴廠,或者是產線整併,而這樣的變動往往也需要進行資訊系統的整合。資訊系統整合是指將不同系統的功能連結在一起,使得在單一系統上能執行多個系統的功能。不同系統整合專案的規模與複雜度均不相同,但其共同點均為無法經過事前驗證,也無法直接複製,僅能從相關研究或案例中,獲取部分參考資訊。 本研究以新竹某科技公司之現場監控系統為案例,以資訊人員的角度,探討該公司因中美貿易戰所進行的產線整併過程中,影響其現場監控系統整合的關鍵因素。本研究利用個案研究法,先從相關文獻、會議紀錄、人員諮詢中找出可能影響現場監控系統整合的構面及因素,再利用訪談法針對參與整合專案的資訊人員進行問卷訪談,從可能的影響構面及影響因素中,以找出真正關鍵因素。 研究結果顯示,對資訊人員而言,影響現場監控系統整合的關鍵因素主要可以分成四個構面:「程式整合」、「系統功能整合」、「資料庫整合」、「作業流程整合」。在程式整合構面中,主要的關鍵因素為「共用變數命名」;在系統功能整合構面中,主要的關鍵因素為「系統參數設定」;在資料庫整合構面中,主要的關鍵因素為「表格欄位型態」;在作業流程整合構面中,主要的關鍵因素為「作業流程測試」。 在資訊系統整合的議題中,許多文獻都已對整合過程中的不同面向,如商業流程、財務規劃、人員配置等分析出了相對應的關鍵因素。本研究是以資訊人員的角度,來探討影響現場監控系統整合的關鍵因素,研究結果除可做為需要執行現場監控系統整合之資訊人員的重要參考資訊,也可以供給需執行其他相關資訊系統整合之資訊人員的標準化作業流程,以縮短系統整合所需的時程,並提升資訊系統整合的品質。 關鍵字:企業資源規劃系統、製造執行系統、現場監控系統、系統整合
ABSTRACT In the information age, many enterprises have adopted various information system, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) system, manufacturing execution system (MES), and shop floor control system (SFCS), etc., to assist in supporting business and work processes, making management decisions, and enhancing the competitive strategies. The SFCS is mainly used in the product manufacturing industry with high labor requirements, to monitor the production process to ensure that the production capacity of the product, the working hours of the operator and the quality of the product can meet the predetermined goals. Due to political, economic, market, and cost considerations, many enterprises need to conduct mergers and acquisitions, expand overseas factories, or merge production lines, and such changes also lead to the requirements of information system integrations. Information system integration refers to combining the functions of different systems so that one system can perform the multiple functions. The scale and complexity of different information system integration projects are different, in addition, all information system integration projects cannot be verified in advance, nor can they be copied directly, and can only obtain some reference information from related studies or cases. Due to the China-US trade war, an IT company in Hsinchu had to merge production lines and therefore needed to integrate their SFCS. This study mainly explores the key factors affecting the SFCS integration of this IT company from the perspective of IT technician. This study adopts case study to find out the aspects and potential factors that may affect the SFCS integration from the relevant literature, meeting records, and IT technician consultations, and then interviews the IT technicians participating in the integration project to find out the real key factors by using a semi-structured questionnaire. The research results show that, for information technicians, there are four main aspects that affect the SFCS integration: "program integration", "system function integration", "database integration", and "process integration". In program integration aspect, the key factor is “common variable naming”; in system function integration aspect, the key factor is “system parameter setting”; in database integration aspect, the key factor is “field type of tables”; in process integration aspect, the key factor is “process test”. Many literatures have discussed the key factors regarding the different aspects against integration process, such as business process, financial plan, staffing, etc. This study focuses on exploring the key factors effecting SFCS integration from the perspective of IT technician. The research results can not only contribute to the important references for the IT technicians conducting SFCS integration, but also be taken as the standard working flow for technicians handling other relevant information system integration in order to shorten the required time for system integration and improve the quality of information system integration.
