我國已於2018年正式踏入高齡社會門檻,銀色浪潮的來襲成為政府與社會所需共同關注之環境議題。當代高齡者比起過往具更高的學歷與知識,醫學資訊的傳遞使其具有健康生活的觀念,擁有足夠的時間及經濟基礎規劃退休生活,與近年國際間流通和交通發展,共同推動高齡休閒旅遊需求的提升。此環境現況下我國政府推行相關無障礙友善環境規範及高齡友善旅館制度,旅宿業者進而發展出不同形式之友善旅宿,但現階段確切落實全面無障礙友善的旅宿仍佔比較少,且部份大眾仍對高齡產業抱有既定印象。因應於此如何完善以高齡視角進行規劃建構,並成功建立具差異化形象特色,將作為角逐於產業中的突破口。 本研究欲以空間印象構成之觀點,探討高齡者旅宿空間規劃與其旅宿空間印象構成型式之關係,並以合勤健康共生宅烏日館為例,分析高齡旅宿空間形式構成與實地設計,與分析高齡旅宿空間印象實質建構應用手法,並透過研究分析與研究訪談,客觀剖析高齡旅宿空間印象構成與需求偏好。本研究結果將作為未來需執行相關高齡旅宿設計操作者作為參考依循。 由研究結果中得知,高齡旅宿空間印象構成類別要點中,不同視角對於高齡旅宿空間印象構成形式上的思維與需求偏好及差異,彙整研究結果並條列如下: (1)「設施機能、環境空間」為首要重視層級,且視為高齡旅宿中的必要階層。 (2)「地理條件、社會連結、動線規劃、經營服務」為次要重視性層級。 (3)「風格特色、美學設計」為末要重視層級,視為生活體驗上之需求與加分性質層級,且偏好性質與需求性會因個人特質與經歷而有所差異。
In 2018, Taiwan has officially entered the threshold of an aging society. The silver wave has become an environmental issue that both the government and the society need to pay attention to. Seniors have higher education and knowledge in recent years. The transmission of medical information makes them have the concept of a healthy life. They have enough time and economic foundation to plan their retirement life. As the development of public transportation, people are able to receive massive information to build up the idea of the leisure of the elderly and increase the demand of tourism. The Taiwanese government is currently implementing relevant barrier-free and friendly environment regulations and an age-friendly hotel system. The hotel industry has developed different forms of friendly hotels, however, the impression of the elderly industry has yet needed to be fixed. In response to this, to improve the planning and constructing living environment from the perspective of the elderly, moreover, to successfully establish a differentiated image feature will serve as a breakthrough in the competition in the industry. This research intends to explore the relationship between the spatial planning of the elderly's accommodation and the composition of its spatial impression. In this essay, it is going to take the Zyxel Healthy Symbiosis House Wuri House as an example to analyze the spatial composition and site design of the elderly's accommodation. In addition, it is focus on the application method of the construction and the essence of the space impression of the elderly hotel. Through research analysis and decoding interviews information, the objective results are required as better understanding the composition of the space impression and demand preferences of the elderly hotel. The conclusions of this study will be used as a reference for those who need to implement relevant elderly accommodation design operations in the future. As final, the main points of the composition of the space impression of the elderly accommodation, the thinking and demand preferences and differences in the form of the impression of the elderly accommodation space from different perspectives are conclude in this research. To summary results are listed as follows: (1)"Facility function, environmental space" is the primary focus level, and it is regarded as the must-needed class in the elderly accommodation. (2)"Geographic conditions, social connections, movement planning, and business services" are the secondary emphasis levels. (3)"Style characteristics, aesthetic design" is the last level of attention, which is regarded as the level of needs and bonuses in life experience, and the nature of preferences and needs will vary due to personal characteristics and experiences.
