觀光飯店室內裝修案,個案量體大內容豐富,需要不同屬性工程界面管理的溝通整合。因此室內裝修工程管理師必須具備協調整合的能力。並且在施工過程中不斷檢視工程界面的預防與處置方案,提昇工程進度與施工品質。有鑑於此,如何組織、歸納一個工程界面管理架構,導入工程界面管理之觀念。有系統推展室內裝修工程界面管理模式,以提昇室內工程管理之品質與專業形象之落實。 本研究試圖建構室內裝修工程界面管理之架構。首先,整合工程管理中各工種的多項變數,進行文獻整理以及次級資料的蒐集,經由分析與整理後,歸納出工程界面管理的定義及內涵,建立室內裝修工程界面管理與界面架構。其次藉由研究者參與個案之實證經驗,透過質性的研究,就個案執行管理之模式進行蒐集訪談,以了解實際的運作過程並作分析探討。因此希望達到下列目的:1.探討適用於觀光飯店室內工程界面管理之內涵。2.建構具實務操作可行性之工程界面管理。 本研究主要的研究內容可分為以下幾點:1.工程界面分類2.區域性界面特性3.工程界面管理之重要性4.界面整合5.界面管理計劃6.權責界面,以及提供一個適合「室內裝修工程管理」之工程界面圖。最後,本研究依綜合分析,提出對於觀光飯店室內裝修工程管理更深層的建議及對於室內裝修工程相關界面彙整。期望本研究能有助於室內裝修工程管理領域累積相關研究成果。
The number of the interior design of tourist hotels is large and the content is abundant, which requires the integration of different kinds of engineering interface management. Therefore, the interior renovation engineer needs to acquire the ability of coordination and integration, and continually examine the methods of prevention and disposal during the construction so as to accelerate the progress and enhance the quality of the construction. Thus, the way to construct and deduce the structure of engineering interface, to implement the concept of engineering interface management, and to systematically promote the management modes of interior renovation engineering interface are essential to the achievement of the quality and professionalism of interior engineering management. In this research, the author aims to construct the structure of engineering interface management in interior renovation. First of all, the author integrated the multiple variables in engineering management, and conducted the paper review and the collection of the secondary information. Through compilation and induction, the author induced the concept and the content of engineering interface management, and established the interface structure of engineering interface management in interior renovation. Secondly, the author participated in the empiricalexperience of different cases. Through qualitative research, the author conducted interviews regarding the modes of executional management to understand and analyze the actual operational process. The author aimed to achieve the following purposes: 1. Exploring the connotation of the interface management for indoor engineering of tourist hotels. 2. The author could construct practical engineering interface management in actual cases. The research content in this research could be divided as follows: 1. The engineering interface categorization 2. The regional interface characteristic 3. The importance of engineering interface management 4. The interface integration 5. The interface management plans 6. The responsible interface. The research could also provide a suitable “engineering management in interior renovation” of engineering interface blueprint. Last but not least, through comprehensive analysis in this research, this research provides profound suggestions for the engineering management of interior renovation in tourist hotels and compilation of related engineering interface of interior renovation, hoping that this research can help to accumulate relevant research results in the field of engineering management of interior design.
