隨著現在工業的科技越來越進步,生產過程越加複雜,因此工廠生產設備的精度和效率的要求也隨著提升。舉例來說,食品加工產業,產品的生產過程中經常包含各種液體添加流程,若能在液體發生洩漏時能夠及時的檢測並找到位置,這將會對公司和廠商大大的減少液體資源的浪費。 本研究目的為在不影響管道內液體輸送的前提下,設計出管道內液體洩漏檢測方法。在半球閥關閉且管道內不應有液體時,啟動液體洩漏檢測系統,並且於發生液體洩漏時產生警告信號以減少液體資源的浪費。首先設計一個液體洩漏檢測裝置,藉由相鄰兩個金屬探測頭之間的電阻變化,透過分壓及比較電路辨識出管路內是否存在洩漏液體。本文的實驗以自來水作為洩漏液體,以角度、直徑、間隔作為控制因子,並假設因子間無交互作用,利用田口直交表來進行實驗,實驗結果為鐵氟龍管的角度、金屬探測頭的直徑以及其間隔變化對於辨識出管路內是否存在洩漏液體的影響。 本文實驗獲得氟龍管角度為5∘或10∘、金屬探測頭間的間距以5mm為最佳,金屬探測頭的直徑影響較小。最後再以此實驗結果測試,證實以此參數製作的液體洩漏檢測系統是可行的。
With the advancement of industrial technology, the production process is becoming more and more complicated, so the precision and efficiency requirements of factory production equipment have also increased. For example, in the food processing industry, the production process of products often includes various liquid addition processes. If liquids can be detected and located in time, it will greatly reduce the waste of liquid resources for companies and manufacturers. The purpose of this research is to design a liquid leak detection method in the pipeline without affecting the liquid transport in the pipeline. When the hemisphere valve is closed and there is no liquid in the pipeline, if the liquid leak detection system is activated, a warning signal will be generated when a liquid leak occurs, which will reduce the waste of liquid resources. First, a liquid leak detection device is designed. Based on the resistance change between two metal detectors, the partial pressure and comparison circuit are used to identify whether there is a leaking liquid in the pipeline. The experiment in this article uses tap water as the leaking liquid. We take the angle, diameter, and interval as control factors, and assume that there is no interaction between the factors. The experiments are performed using the Taguchi Orthogonal Array. The experimental results are the effect of the angle of the Teflon tube, the diameter of the metal detector and its interval change to identify the presence of leaking liquid in the pipeline. In this paper, it obtained that the angle of the Teflon tube is 5 degree or 10 degree and the distance between the metal detectors is 5mm are the best. The diameter of the metal detectors has less influence. Finally, the test results were used to verify that the liquid leak detection system made with this parameter is feasible.
