二氧化碳在混合醇胺 2-Amino-2-ethyl-1,3-propanediol (AEPD) / Diethylenetriamine (DETA)水溶液之平衡溶解度 量測研究

摘要


本研究完成了兩種醇胺水溶液系統中二氧化碳的氣液平衡溶解度數據 量測,包括雙成分系統立體障礙醇胺 2-Amino-2-ethyl-1,3-propanediol (AEPD) 水溶液及三成分系統立體障礙醇胺 2-Amino-2-ethyl-1,3-propanediol (AEPD) / 多元胺 Diethylenetriamine (DETA) 水溶液。雙成分系統立體障礙 醇胺(AEPD)水溶液濃度為:10 , 20 及 30 (wt%);溫度為 40, 60 及 80C; 二氧化碳分壓範圍:1 ~ 1000 kPa。三成分系統 立體障礙醇胺(AEPD)/多 元胺(DETA)水溶液濃度為:10 , 20 及 30 (wt%);溫度為 40, 60 及 80C; 二氧化碳分壓範圍:1 ~ 1000 kPa。 氣液平衡數據由氣體再循環氣液平衡槽來量測,藉由氣體再循環反應 器進行氣液平衡,氣相組成由連線之氣相層析儀分析,液相組成是利用酸 鹼滴定決定二氧化碳氣體的吸收負載量反應,氣相循環則可以加速氣液平 衡達到速率。 氣液平衡之數據由 Li and Shen (1993) 的修正模式來表示,本研究完成 的氣液平衡溶解度數據結果可以提供作為以立體障礙醇胺(AEPD)/多元 胺(DETA)水溶液設計之二氧化碳吸收設備使用預測結果,發展一個能 同時兼顧節能環保、經濟效益及綠色的二氧化碳吸收劑。

In this study, solubility of carbon dioxide in two aqueous blended alkanolamine solutions were measured, which were composed of hindered Amine (AEPD) aqueous solution and hindered Amine (AEPD) / polyamine (DETA) aqueous solution. The concentration of aqueous AEPD solution was 10, 20 and 30 (wt%); The temperature was 40, 60 and 80 ℃; Partial pressure range of carbon dioxide: 1 ~ 1000 kPa. The concentrations of aqueous AEPD /DETA solution was 10, 20 and 30 (wt%); The temperatures were 40, 60 and 80 ℃; Partial pressure range of carbon dioxide: 1 ~ 1000 kPa. The vapor-liquid equilibrium data are represented by the modified Kent and Eisenberg (1993) model. The gas phase composition is analyzed by gas chromatography, and the liquid phase composition is determined by acid-base titration. The gas-liquid equilibrium solubility data obtained in this study can be used as carbon dioxide absorption equipment designed with hindered Amine (AEPD) / polyamine (DETA) aqueous solution, and help to develop a carbon dioxide absorbent with energy saving, environmental protection, economic benefits and green at the same time.
