近年來由於個人自我健康意識的抬頭,導致許多健康管理相關的應用程式被開發設計出來,這些健康管理相關的應用程式使得個人在進行自我健康管理及自我健康監控變得更加便利。本研究的主要目的在於探討使用者對健康管理應用程式的使用及購買意圖。研究中使用問卷調查法,藉由便利性、功能性、知覺有用性、知覺易用性、健康意識及價格價值等研究變數,來找出影響使用者對健康管理應用程式使用及購買意圖的關鍵因素。研究結果顯示,便利性、功能性、知覺有用性、知覺易用性、健康意識及價格價值對於健康管理應用程式的使用及購買意圖均有顯著影響。本研究之發現可提供相關健康管理應用程式的開發者作為應用程式開發的參考依據,及作為推廣健康管理應用程式的策略方針。
In recent years, due to the rise of personal self-health awareness, many healthcare management applications have been developed and designed. These healthcare management applications make it easier for individuals to perform self-health management and self-health monitoring. The main purpose of this study is to explore users' usage and purchase intentions of healthcare management applications. This study conducts a questionnaire survey to find out the key factors that affect users' usage and purchase intentions of healthcare management applications. The research variables used in this study are convenience, functionality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, health consciousness, and price value. The findings show that convenience, functionality, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, health awareness, and price value all have a significant impact on usage and purchase intentions of healthcare management applications.
