透過射出機機台反饋資訊偵測回收料添加後高分子熔膠黏度變化與影響之初步探討

摘要


射出成形以能平價量產和淨成型的優勢,在塑膠加工產業占有重要席地。,然而面臨全球永續環境發展和淨零排碳的新政策與規範下,減塑達成減碳已是課題,而其中,塑料回收再利用是重要選項。不僅是對環境污染的壓制,引入回收利用還能減少材料成本。,然而,回收的二次、乃至多次塑料由於反覆加熱及混練過程的剪切等因素會產生的分子結構變化,回收塑料無論是在熱性能或是機械性能皆會有所改變,也因此從回收塑料產品的機械性能到加工的製程參數都須謹慎監測並進行及時調整以避免不良品產生,反而增添耗能因素。 過去的研究中,大多是加裝額外的感測監控設備,透過精密儀器去收集其能耗、塑化壓力等數值,或是透過各式模內傳感器觀察材料的塑化及射出情形以探討回收材料的熱性能、機械性能的變化。本論文研究,以聚碳酸酯 (PC) 的回收料作為研究對象,試著透過監測射出機既有塑化螺桿數據來偵測回收料與原料的差異並觀察是否對於製程品質控制的相關指標有所影響,在生產過程中並以壓力積分值來確認重量的穩定性作為品質的確認。研究過程也量測回收料的流變性質來輔助數據的分析。

Injection molding occupies an important position in the plastic processing industry due to its advantages of affordable mass production and net shaping. , however, in the face of new policies and regulations for global sustainable environmental development and net-zero carbon emissions, plastic reduction to achieve carbon reduction has become a topic, and plastic recycling and reuse is an important option. Not only does it suppress environmental pollution, the introduction of recycling can also reduce material costs. , however, the molecular structure of recycled secondary or even multiple plastics will change due to factors such as repeated heating and shearing during the mixing process. The recycled plastics will also have changes in both their thermal and mechanical properties. Therefore, From the mechanical properties of recycled plastic products to the processing process parameters, they must be carefully monitored and adjusted in time to avoid the production of defective products, which in turn increases energy consumption. In past research, most of them installed additional sensing and monitoring equipment to collect values such as energy consumption and plasticizing pressure through precision instruments, or observed the plasticizing and injection conditions of materials through various in-mold sensors. Discuss the changes in thermal and mechanical properties of recycled materials. This paper studies polycarbonate (PC) recycled materials as the research object. It tries to detect the difference between recycled materials and raw materials by monitoring the existing plasticizing screw data of the injection machine and observe whether there are relevant indicators for process quality control. In the production process, the pressure integral value is used to confirm the stability of the weight as a confirmation of quality. The research process also measured the rheological properties of recycled materials to assist data analysis.
