台灣的室內設計產業一直處於快速變遷的階段。經歷了從基礎建設到專業化和國際化的演變,伴隨著台灣經濟的蓬勃發展,許多工商業建築和住宅開始大規模興建。政府在民國110年修訂「都市更新條例」,以促進都市土地的有計劃開發和改善居住環境,增進公共利益。這一舉措提供了房屋重建和都更計劃的獎勵,進一步刺激了室內設計市場的需求。 隨著台灣室內設計產業市場需求逐漸擴增,許多個人工作室與小型設計公司相繼成立,人才短缺問題開始於室內設計產業發酵。即使同業間的一對一聯盟合作已經在市場實行多年,近年來卻發現此方案對於人才短缺的解決力道呈現邊際效益遞減,使得人才短缺議題逐漸受到室內設計業者的關注。然而,同業間的多元策略聯盟尚未在室內設計市場中應用,促使研究者探討多元策略聯盟如何應用在室內設計領域。 本研究透過質性研究方法,透過訪談、觀察等方式,收集室內設計價值鏈中不同角色的觀點,並綜合文獻探討的方式,探討室內設計產業之領導人、專案設計師對於多元策略聯盟於室內設計產業之看法、如何運行多元策略聯盟以及多元策略聯盟能為室內設計公司帶來什麼價值等三大面向。 研究結果指出多元策略聯盟可以帶來以下價值:擴大市場規模、降低成本、提升效率、提升專業能力等。聯盟夥伴具備獨立作業、專業能力、能夠互相信任,且合作夥伴對於企業目標、合作模式有共識的前提下,多元策略聯盟確實能夠提升資源的應用效率,為室內設計公司創造多方價值。並且為室內設計產業帶來新的活力、具潛力的發展模式。 關鍵字:策略聯盟、室內設計、共創價值、價值創造
Exploring the Co-Creation of Value in the Interior Design Industry through Alliance Models The interior design industry in Taiwan has undergone rapid changes from a basic construction industry to a professionalized and internationalized one. With the booming economy and government's incentives for housing reconstruction and urban renewal projects, the demand for interior design has been continuously growing. To address the talent shortage issue in the interior design industry, this study explores the application of multiple strategic alliances. Through qualitative research methods, including interviews and observations, the study collected the views of different roles in the interior design value chain and examined the potential values that multiple strategic alliances can bring to interior design companies. The findings suggest that multiple strategic alliances can create multiple values for interior design companies, including expanding market size, reducing costs, improving efficiency, and enhancing professional capabilities. Under the premise of mutual trust and consensus on corporate goals and cooperation mode, multiple strategic alliances can indeed improve the efficiency of resource utilization and bring new vitality and potential development models to the interior design industry.
