派車系統作為一種智慧化技術的物流管理解決方案,成功協調了生產線上的物料運輸,同時優化了公司的物流作業流程。然而,在開發過程中仍面臨一些普遍存在的挑戰,如系統複雜性、人才缺乏、開發成本高及系統整合性差等問題。本研究以S公司做為個案,探討製造業導入派車系統的過程與效益。研究結果顯示,派車系統顯著提升了作業效率。經辦人員使用系統後,減少了印刷裝車派送訂單的工作量。貨運行調度人員則能直接透過系統取得隔日出貨的相關資訊,無需再向經辦人員查詢。然而,對一些司機而言,派車系統增加了工作負擔,因此,公司計劃進一步引入誘因,如允許快速進出工廠、簡化報到程式、建立獎金或獎勵制度,以提升司機的工作效率感受。 展望未來,S公司計劃將派車系統與倉儲管理系統和門禁管制系統進行垂直整合,提升內部部門橫向資訊傳遞,從而進一步優化整體運營流程。這將為公司未來的整合發展奠定基礎,使其在競爭激烈的市場中維持優勢地位。 總的來說,派車系統在S公司的成功應用展現了其在物流管理中的實質價值。公司透過系統的全面優化,實現了無紙化操作、物流追蹤的強化以及運輸效率的提升,為企業帶來了明顯的效益。這項研究的結果不僅對製造業瞭解派車系統應用現況具有參考價值,同時為其他企業在導入派車系統時提供了實際的啟示和建議。
The dispatching system, as an intelligent technology-based logistics management solution, has successfully coordinated material transportation on the production line and optimized the operational processes within the company. However, during the development process, it faced common challenges such as system complexity, lack of expertise, high development costs, and poor system integration. This study focuses on the case of Company S, exploring the implementation process and benefits of introducing a dispatching system in the manufacturing industry. The research findings indicate a significant improvement in operational efficiency due to the dispatching system. Administrative staff experienced a reduction in the workload related to printing loading and delivery orders after adopting the system. Freight scheduling personnel could directly access relevant information for next-day shipments through the system without the need to consult administrative staff. However, for some drivers, the dispatching system increased their workload. Consequently, the company plans to introduce incentives, such as allowing quick entry and exit from the facility, streamlining check-in procedures, and establishing a bonus or reward system, to enhance the drivers' perception of increased work efficiency. Looking ahead, Company S plans to vertically integrate the dispatching system with warehouse management and access control systems, aiming to enhance horizontal information transfer within internal departments. This strategic integration aims to further optimize the overall operational workflow, laying the foundation for the company's future integrated development and maintaining a competitive advantage in the fiercely competitive market. In summary, the successful application of the dispatching system at Company S demonstrates its tangible value in logistics management. Through comprehensive system optimization, the company achieved paperless operations, strengthened logistics tracking, and improved transportation efficiency, resulting in significant benefits. The research findings not only provide valuable insights into the current application of dispatching systems in the manufacturing industry but also offer practical guidance and recommendations for other enterprises considering the implementation of dispatching systems.
