居家室內餐廳照明設計研究
Design Research of Residential Restaurant Lighting Design
摘要
在居家室內餐廳中，照明設計對於整個空間氛圍有著重要的影響。然而，現 居家室內餐廳照明設計上雖已有明確相關照度及演色性等具體數值的基本設計考 量原則，但還是缺乏從人本質生理及心理上的角度來做分析設計。什麼樣的光可以 增加人們食慾？什麼樣的餐廳照明才是合適的？本研究通過相關研究分析、案例 分析得出餐廳設計應注重（1）餐廳照明的用途及目的、（2）合理的餐廳照度、（3） 適當的餐廳光色、（4）餐廳照明不同的照明形式、（5）合適的亮度比及眩光影響、 （6）燈具之選擇、（7）材質影響。最後使用 DIALux 軟體模擬相同餐廳下不同之 照明設計，從生理及心理角度切入分析不同之光環境。著重探討除了滿足適合餐廳 照明的照度、演色性等基本需求外，還要從生理的正副交感及影響使用者心理情緒 的角度去探討色溫的合理使用、光的分佈、材質影響等問題。通過上述研究，總結 提出居家室內餐廳照明設計相關重點，為居家室內餐廳照明設計探尋新的設計策 略，從而使居家室內餐廳照明設計在前期的方案設計階段能有更有好的參考依據。 而本研究只初步提出居家室內餐廳照明設計論述，更多細項之實際探討還需後續 研究發展。

In the indoor dining room, lighting design has an important influence on the whole space atmosphere. However, although the basic design principles of specific values such as illuminance and color rendering have been clearly defined in the lighting design of home-based indoor dining room, there is still a lack of analysis and design from the perspective of human nature, physiology and psychology. What kind of light can increase people's appetite? What kind of restaurant lighting is suitable? Through the analysis of relevant research and case studies, this study concludes that the design of restaurant should pay attention to (1) The purpose and purpose of restaurant lighting, (2) The reasonable illumination of restaurant, (3) The appropriate light color of restaurant, (4) The different lighting forms of restaurant lighting, (5) The appropriate brightness ratio and glare effect, (6) The selection of lamps. Finally. Dialux software is used to simulate different lighting designs in the same restaurant, and different lighting environments are analyzed from physiological and psychological perspectives. Besides meeting the basic requirements of illuminance and color rendering for lighting in restaurants, this paper also discusses the rational use of color temperature and light distribution from the perspective of physiological interaction between the front and the back and psychological emotion of users. Through the above research, this paper summarizes and puts forward the key points of the lighting design of the home-based interior restaurant, and explores new design strategies for the lighting design of the home-based interior restaurant, so that the lighting design of the home-based interior restaurant can have a better reference in the early stage of the scheme design. However, this study only initially puts forward the discussion of lighting design of home-based indoor restaurant, and more detailed practical discussion needs further research and development.
