本研究旨在探討臺中市公務員創造力人格特質與工作績效之關係,主要研究目的有六: 一、瞭解臺中市公務員創造力人格特質與工作績效之現況。 二、分析不同個人背景的臺中市公務員在創造力人格特質之差異情形。 三、分析不同個人背景的臺中市公務員在工作績效之差異情形。 四、探討臺中市公務員不同創造力人格特質類型在工作績效之差異情形。 五、探究臺中市公務員創造力人格特質與工作績效之關係。 六、探討臺中市公務員創造力人格特質對工作績效之預測力。 本研究主要採用問卷調查法。問卷內容包含基本背景資料、創造力人格特質量表、工作績效量表等三部分。研究對象為服務於臺中市之公務員,取樣共550 份,回收510份,有效樣本回收率為83.8%。問卷所得資料以SPSS12.0 版進行描述性統計、獨立樣本t 檢定、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關以及多元迴歸分析等統計分析。根據文獻探討、問卷調查分析與討論,本研究共獲致以下各項結論: 一、臺中市公務員在創造性人格特質表現傾向中等程度,其中89.8%為適應型人格。 二、臺中市公務員在工作績效表現上傾向中上程度,其中以「任務績效」較高。 三、影響臺中市公務員創造力人格特質的因素為年齡、學歷與職務。 四、影響臺中市公務員工作績效的因素為年齡、服務年資與職務。 五、不同創造力人格特質類型的臺中市公務員在工作績效上沒有顯著差異。 六、臺中市公務員創造力人格特質與工作績效相關達顯著,以「順從性」最具預測力。 根據研究結論,本研究對臺中市政府及單位主管、公務人力培訓發展單位、臺中市公務員以及未來研究提出建議,以供參考。
This study aims to explore the relationship between public servants’ creative personality and job performance.The main purposes of this study are as follows: 1.Understanding the authentic situation of public servants’ creative personality and job performances. 2.Analyzing the differences of creative personalities coming from variant backgrounds of public servants. 3.Analyzing the differences of job performances resulted by different backgrounds of public servants. 4.Discussing the differences of job performances resulted by different creative personalities of public servants. 5.Investigating the correlations of public servants’ creative personality and job performances. 6.Discuss the predictive ability of public servants’ creative personality toward job performances. This study mainly employed Questionnaire Survey, and the survey contains three parts: Personal Background Information, Creative Personality Scale and Job Performance Scale. Subjects are public servants working for Taichung City Government. 550 questionnaires were sent out and 510 ones were collected back with the effective response rate of 83.8%. Data collected were processed with SPSS version 12.0 for descriptive statistics, Independent Samples T Test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient and Multiple Regression Analysis. According to literature review, questionnaire survey and discussion, this study obtained conclusions as follows. 1.Public servants in the performance of the creative personality tend to be moderate, and 89.8% for the adaptive personality. 2.Public servants with upper-intermediate job performances have higher performance on “Task Performance”. 3.Age, educational backgrounds and positions influence public servants’creative personality. 4.Age, years of working and positions influence public servants’job performances. 5.Public servants with different creative personalities do not show obvious diversities on job performances. 6.The creative personality and job performances is significantly correlated of the public servants and the most predictive variable is “Rule Conformity.” The results of this study can be references for Taichung city government and managers in public offices, public official developing institutions , public officials and suggestions of future studies.
