白光LED之CCT&CRI特性分析之研究

摘要


1996年日本日亞化學 (NICHIA )發表利用藍光LED (Light Emitting Diode;發光二極體) 激發黃色螢光粉( YAG )產生世界第一顆白光L E D後,白光LED正式進入商業化,由於白光LED具有高效率、體積小、節能環保、高壽命等優點,可廣泛運用於通訊、汽車、顯示等產業,亦將逐漸取代傳統照明設備,因此被譽為21世界照明市場的耀眼明星。 由於近幾年全球各國大量投入研究,LED在亮度及發光效率已有大幅改善,然而發光特性仍然嚴重的受到環境溫度影響。一般日常生活中通常使用白光做為照明光源,但若要作為室內照明使用,除了顯示物體的形狀以及大小外,真實色彩的呈現能力更是評估照明光源的重要指標,決定白光品質最重要的兩個參數是色溫(CCT)及演色性指數(CRI),本論文主旨在探討CCT與CRI等特性之實驗結果與理論分析。

In 1996, Nichia Corporation developed the first white LED by covering an blue LED with phosphor (YAG) , mixing blue light and down-converted yellow light to create white light. The white LED was soon commercialized ever since. LED presented many advantages including smaller in size, lower energy consumption, longer lifetime, and so forth. Therefore, LED is widely applied such as communication and display industry. The rapid progress in the luminous flux and efficacy LED has achieved due to the large amount of studies worldwide. However, LED performance largely depends on the ambient temperature of the operating environment is still an issue. White light is commonly used as daily lighting, not only the ability of recognize the environment, but the color quality of the objects is concerned. Two characteristics of white light, CCT(Correlated Color Temperature) and CRI(Color Rendering Index) are applied. This paper aims to investigate the temperature dependence of white LED and further to analyze the experimental results.
