本研究目的主要為探討退伍軍人生涯轉換過程的研究,了解其轉換因素、面臨的挑戰與因應及轉換後的適應等。本研究以滾雪球方式取樣,採半結構深度訪談方式來進行資料的蒐集,並以Boeije(2013)的螺旋式分析方法進行資料的分析。本研究共邀請6位曾於中華民國陸軍服務滿二十年(含)以上,且階級為士官長階的退伍成軍人為研究參與者,每位參與者訪談2-3次不等,再從訪談資料中分析其經驗。本研究結果包含1.生涯轉換二個關鍵:終身俸為推力,自我實現為拉力。2.中高齡二度就業阻礙,軍人特質讓危機變成轉機。3. 認同自我轉換目標,展現職場應變能力。最後,本研究能提供國防部、退輔會、面臨生涯轉換者以及專業工作者相關建議。
The purpose of this research is to explore the research of the career transition process of veterans, understand the conversion factors, the challenges encountered and the response, and the adaptation after the conversion. This study uses snowball sampling, semi-structured in-depth interviews for data collection, and Boeije (2013) spiral analysis method for data analysis.In this study, 6 veterans who have served in the ROC Army for more than 20 years (inclusive) and are in the rank of non-commissioned officer were invited as the study participants. Each participant interviewed 2-3 times. Analyze his experience in the interview data. The results of this study include 1. Two keys to career transition: lifelong body is thrust and self-realization is pulling force. 2. Middle-aged and senior citizens hinder second-degree employment, and the characteristics of military personnel turn the crisis into a turning point. 3. Acknowledge self-conversion goals and demonstrate workplace adaptability. Finally, the research can provide information to the Ministry of National Defense, retired associations(veterans Affairs council), also to give those facing career changers, and anyone else who’s professional workers some related suggestions.
