為人點火,明在我前:台灣創價學會會員參與志願服務轉化學習之研究

摘要


台灣創價學會在1990年正式法人化後,持續為建設「大善」社會努力不懈,並以貢獻社會的模範行動獲得政府諸多的表揚與肯定,會員透過基本修行方式及活動之參與,再藉由擔任志工服務的體悟和學習,以達到自我成長與充實。本研究目的為探究台灣創價學會會員參與志願服務的動機、引發轉化的因素、轉化學習對自身的影響和改變、依據研究結果提出促進參與志願服務意願之相關建議。 本研究採取質性研究方法,經由深度訪談八位台灣創價學會志工,透過研究發現與討論,綜合歸納如下:一、台灣創價學會會員參與志願服務的動機是多重的;二、深度認同組織理念而樂於擔任志工的信念,開啟轉化的契機;三、多元學習、批判性反省和觀點轉化是促成志工轉化學習歷程之重要因素;四、台灣創價學會志工轉化學習產生多方面的影響、改變和收穫。 本研究根據研究結果提出下列建議,作為促進參與志願服務意願之參考。 一、給予政府相關部門的建議:(1) 加強推廣終身志工、終身學習,促進社會學習風氣,改善社會亂象;(2) 強化志工觀摩研習教育訓練,提高志願服務效能;(3) 重視和珍惜各界非正式志工資源及權益。 二、給予台灣創價學會的建議:(1) 擴大推廣創價學會的理念與哲學,促進正向、安和的社會;(2)廣納志願服務者,培育更多人才;(3)與時俱進,同性質學習課程可整合。 三、給予台灣創價學會會員的建議:(1) 踴躍參與志願服務,以獲更多正面的成長;(2) 做好兼顧,成為盡責快樂的志工;(3) 勇於投入社區服務吸取不同經驗學習、締結友誼、倡導創價理念。 關鍵詞:台灣創價學會會、志願服務、轉化學習

Since its incorporation in 1990, Taiwan Soka Association (TSA) has continued to work hard to build a "great good" society, and has received much praise and recognition from the Government for its exemplary actions. Through participation in basic practices and activities, the members will be able to achieve self-growth and fulfillment through understanding and learning as volunteers. The purpose of this study are to explore the motivation, factors, influence and changes of volunteer service by members of TSA on transformative learning, and to make suggestions on how to promote volunteering willingness. This study adopted qualitative research methods, through in-depth interviews with eight TSA volunteers, through research findings and discussions, they were summarized as follows: 1. there are multiple motivations for TSA members to participate in volunteer service; 2. the belief that deeply agrees with the organization’s philosophy and be willing to serve as a volunteer opens up opportunities for transformation; 3. multiple learning, critical reflection, and perspective transformation are important factors for volunteers to transform learning process; 4. transformative learning by TSA volunteers to produce positive impacts, changes and gains in many faces. Based on the research results, this study puts forward the following suggestions as a reference for promoting willingness to participate in volunteer services. 1. Suggestions to relevant government departments: (1) strengthen the promotion of lifelong volunteers and lifelong learning, promote social learning atmosphere, and improve social chaos; (2) strengthen volunteer observation of study education and training to improve the efficiency of volunteer services; (3) value and cherish the resources and rights of informal volunteers from all walks of life. 2. Suggestions to TSA: (1) expand the promotion of the philosophy and philosophy of the TSA to promote a positive and peaceful society; (2) recruit more volunteers and cultivate more talents; (3) keeping pace with the times, learning courses of the same nature can be integrated. 3. Suggestions to TSA members: (1) actively participate in voluntary services to gain more positive growth; (2) take care and become a responsible and happy volunteer; (3) have the courage to invest in community service, learn from different experiences, form friendships, and advocate the idea of creating value.
