摘要
土方工程是指在建築或道路等工程中，對土壤的開挖、填充、運輸和處理的過程。土方工程的質量和效率直接影響到工程的安全和進度，因此需要有一套完善的規劃和管理方法。本研究從資源基礎的角度，探討土方工程的關鍵成功因素，提出了以下幾點結論，供同業及欲對土方工程後續研究者參考。 1.在組織面向：投資有利事業體達到中相橫向產業整合，嚴謹的會計制度解決預期帳款問題，確保公司現金流順暢。 2.在財務面向：將公司盈餘利潤轉投資有利於公司的事業體，以達到縱向與橫向產業整合。嚴謹的會計制度，解決預期帳款問題，確保公司現金流順暢。 3.在人力管理面向：人力資源方面員工的配置以30%為施工班底其餘部分則透過人力派遣公司招募短期人員為主。對員工進行全方位培訓提高員工專業技能及職涯發展規劃。合理的薪酬福利及順暢的溝通管道提升公司的核心競爭力。配合獎懲與晉升制度提升晉升後面對責任與績效。 4.在運營面向：在運營方面這首施工品質提升。減輕施工風險靈活調度資金減少公斤減少公司現金風險。

Earthwork refers to the process of excavation, filling, transportation and treatment of soil in construction or road engineering. The quality and efficiency of earthworks directly affect the safety and progress of the project, so a complete set of planning and management methods is required. This study discusses the key success factors of earthworks from the perspective of resource base, and puts forward the following conclusions for reference by colleagues and future researchers of earthworks. 1. Irreplaceability in organizational orientation: investment is beneficial to business entities to achieve medium-phase horizontal industrial integration, and a rigorous accounting system solves the problem of expected accounts to ensure that the company's cash flow is smooth. 2. The value is in the financial aspect: reinvest the company's surplus profits into business entities that are beneficial to the company, so as to achieve vertical and horizontal industrial integration. Strict accounting system can solve the problem of expected accounts and ensure the smooth cash flow of the company. 3. Scarcity in terms of manpower management: In terms of human resources, 30% of the staff is allocated to the construction team, and the rest is mainly recruited through manpower dispatch companies for short-term personnel. Conduct all-round training for employees to improve their professional skills and career development planning. Reasonable salary benefits and smooth communication channels enhance the company's core competitiveness. Cooperate with the reward and punishment and promotion system to improve the responsibility and performance after promotion. 4. The inimitability is in the aspect of operation: In terms of operation, the first construction quality is improved.
