自2020年3月新冠疫情大爆發以來,人們的生活習慣被迫改變,為了避免群聚,許多生活模式都從實體轉變為線上,如線上看診、遠距授課以及遠距工作等。因為遠距工作對於企業與員工來說皆為一種新的工作模式,企業無法在遠距工作時,看到員工上班的樣子;員工也無法在上班時,面對面與人交談或討論,因此適應與轉變,成了遠距工作下的新課題。本研究建立一個研究架構,以科技超載與工作家庭衝突為前置因素,探討其對於工作效率負向與工作倦怠正向的影響,並加入科技壓力與工作焦慮做為中介變數 本研究以有遠距工作經驗的員工做為研究對象,回收301份有效問卷,接著以Smart PLS進行分析。經過實證統計分析顯示,科技超載對科技壓力有正向影響,進而產生較高的工作倦怠;工作家庭衝突對於工作焦慮也有著正向影響,進而產生較高的工作倦怠。最後,本研究依據實證研究結論提供理論貢獻及實務建議。 關鍵詞:遠距工作、科技超載、資訊超載、溝通超載、系統超載、工作家庭衝突、科技壓力、工作焦慮、工作效率、工作倦怠
Since the outbreak of Covid-19 in March 2020, human’s living habits have been gradually forced to change. Due to avoid crowds, many living patterns have been transformed from physical to online, such as telemedicine, online class and telework. Because telework is a new work model for both companies and employees, companies couldn’t see how employees work when they work remotely; employees also can’t discuss with co-workers face-to-face during their work, hence it is a new challenge for companies and employees to adapt under telework. This research establishes a research framework, takes technology overload and work-family conflict as an independent variables, explore its negative impact on work efficiency and positive impact on job burnout. For the framework, this research has also added technostress and job anxiety as mediating variables. This study collected 301 employees who have the experience of telework, analyzed by Smart PLS. Empirical statistical analysis shows that technology overload has a positive impact on technostress, which leads to higher job burnout; work-family conflict also has a positive impact on job anxiety, which leads to higher job burnout, either. Last but not the least, this research provides theoretical contribution and practical suggestions based on the empirical findings.
