由2010年國人死亡率分析統計資料中,癌症已經連續30幾個年頭位居首位,而其中口腔癌位居第5名,皮膚癌也排名第8名。本研究之起源為開發一個系統可以達到早期偵測癌症發病的目的,其中分成軟體以硬體部分,軟體方面透過微處理器搭配程式碼創造出高解析度及可控制的固定輸出源,再結合硬體電路部分加以整合,運用的電路共有微處理器輸出電路、二階低通濾波器電路、電壓控制電流源電路及電阻抗分析電路,分別將各電路搭配測試方法如訊號產生正確性、濾波效果與範圍、恆定電流源穩定測試及訊號產生器頻率測試,綜合軟體及硬體後取純電阻及RC電路負載,分別於各種頻率的環境中進行阻抗量測,並以市售WAYNE KERR PRECISION IMPEDANCE ANALYZER 6420當成對照組,分析兩者之誤差百分比來驗證本系統之可靠度。 由系統模擬結果來看,本研究系統可與市售阻抗分析儀分析結果達到誤差8.72%以下,可運用於生物阻抗量測用途,進而達到癌症早期發現目標,同時具備有低成本、高解析度、居家篩檢優點。在未來運用方面,還能夠結合多種頻率輸出程式碼及螢幕顯示裝置發展出更多功能性之可程式阻抗分析儀。總而言之,生物組抗量測技術用於組織表面量測,再透過所得結果篩檢是否為病變的技術相當有未來潛力及實用性。
Analysis of 2010 Taiwan mortality statistics, cancer ranked first in several consecutive years , oral cancer ranked No. 5 , skin cancer also ranked No. 8 . Origins of this study is to develop a system to achieve the purpose of early detection of cancer incidence , which is divided into software to create high -resolution and fixed output source can be controlled with the hardware part , the software of the program with the code via micro- controller unit, and then combined hardware circuit portion to be integrated ,use a micro-program control unit as output circuit , second-order low -pass filter circuit, voltage-controlled current source circuit and electrical impedance analyzer circuit , each circuit test signal generation via methods such as accuracy, filtering effect and scope , stability testing and constant current source frequency test . After taking a RC circuit , the impedance measurements were carried out at various frequencies environment and commercial WAYNE KERR PRECISION IMPEDANCE ANALYZER 6420 as a control group , the percentage of both analytical error to verify the reliability of the system . Simulation results from the system , this study can be used with commercially available system impedance analyzer results reach 8.72% or less error , can be applied to biological impedance measurement purposes , thus achieving the target of early detection of cancer , along with low cost , high-resolution , home screening benefits. In the future ,also can combine multiple frequency output code and screen display device to create more functional development of the programmable impedance analyzer . Finally, the biological group of anti- surface measurement techniques for measuring tissue , and then through the results of screening for the disease is quite technical potential and future usefulness .
