「地方教育學」(place pedadogy)強調以「人」為主體,透過集體歷史記憶的訴求,尋求地方認同感,並且經由以「地方」為本的教育理念,強調將地區中的地理、人文、歷史等特色納入課程,召喚地方居民對過去意象的想像,進而建構地方自身的獨特性。 「黑暗觀光」(dark tourism)意指遊客至近代或歷史上曾發生過死亡與災難事件的著名地點進行旅遊活動的現象。本論文旨在從「地方教育學」為起點,思考如何以「黑暗觀光」為軸線,發展以地方獨特人文歷史為本的教育旅遊設計及實踐,將清水地區的軍事史蹟重新賦予不同的視野及想像。 本論文研究方法以文獻分析、深度訪談及參與觀察等質性研究方法為主,研究範圍定於臺中清水地區在日治時期、國民政府以及美援時期,因軍事目的形成的軍事史蹟。 論文架構首先闡述「地方教育學」的概念與涵義,其次說明「黑暗觀光」與當代教育議題之關聯,並以日本及臺灣清水地區「黑暗觀光」所內含文化、教育、甚 或史觀,透過比較研究,將日本等地之成功案例為借鏡,作為未來規劃地方觀光及地方教育學與課程設計之方法。本研究目的,在於探討如何透過「黑暗觀光」文化轉譯,活化在地特殊知識寶藏,以及結合「黑暗觀光」教育意涵,找到地方學教育實踐的方法與可行性最後,藉由「黑暗觀光」拓展討論議題,連結聯合國永續發展目標的精神內涵。
"Place pedadogy" emphasizes the "people" as the main body, seeks a sense of local identity through the appeal of collective historical memory, and emphasizes the integration of regional geography, humanities, history and other characteristics into the curriculum through the "place"-based educational concept, so as to summon the imagination of local residents to the image of the past, and then construct the uniqueness of the place itself. "Dark tourism" refers to the phenomenon of tourists visiting famous places where death and disaster have occurred in recent times or history. The purpose of this paper is to consider how to develop the design and practice of educational tourism based on the unique human history of the place based on "dark tourism" from the perspective of "local pedagogy", and to re-endow the military historical sites in the Qingshui area with a different vision and imagination. The research methods of this paper are mainly qualitative research methods such as document analysis, in-depth interviews and participant observation. The research scope is set at the military historical sites formed for military purposes in the Qingshui area of Taichung during the Japanese colonial period, the Nationalist government and the US aid period. The structure of the paper first explains the concept and meaning of "local pedagogy", and then explains the concept and current of "dark tourism". The connection of education issues, and the "dark tourism" in the Qingshui area of Japan and Taiwan contains culture, education, and even culture or historical view, through comparative research, the successful cases of Japan and other places are used as a reference for future planning of local tourism Methods of local pedagogy and curriculum design. The purpose of this research is to explore how to revitalize the local special knowledge treasure through the cultural translation of "dark tourism", and to find the method and feasibility of local education practice by combining the educational connotation of "dark tourism", and finally, to expand the discussion topic through "dark tourism" and connect with the spiritual connotation of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
