台灣企業對於經營管理手法的運用越來越重視,企業想藉由TPS的生產管理方式能夠實際為企業提升生產效率,使得企業在營運上大幅降低企業成本,同時亦能夠藉由管理手法的運用來滿足顧客的需求,讓企業能夠在同業當中擁有更好的競爭力,進而贏得更多的訂單合約。 現行台灣推行豐田生產系統的眾多企業中,真正推行成功的企業卻為數不多。主要的因素在於各企業在推行TPS的過程中,所使用的工具與方法並不是非常有系統性與完整性的關係。 研究結果發現豐田生產管理的理念架構結合「戴明循環」的改善工具,可確實大幅提高企業成功導入豐田系統的機率,針對企業管理層面的成功轉型有著相當大的影響性。同時,本研究係針對企業的倉儲管理的現有模式,以豐田生產系統為基礎架構建立出新的應用手法,透過擴增應用的新5S手法上的運作,來達到5易(易儲存、易取拿、易識別、易盤點、易清掃)的管理績效。
Taiwan’s companies pay attention to the skills and methods of management more and more. The enterprises attempt to upgrade the performance to increase their competitive ability, reduce the costs, meet the customers’ demands and further get more orders through leading in TPS (Toyota Production System). Though there are many enterprises use the TPS to improving their competitive ability, only few successful in current Taiwan. . The major reason due to the methods of enterprises used not enough completely and systemically during the processing leading in TPS. This research is major in helping enterprises success into the TPS through integrating the concept framework of TPS with the improving tools of PDSA (Demming cycle), the results show indeed the probability increasing substantially, and there is a considerable influence for the successful transformation of management level. Meanwhile, this research is also focused in the application through using 5E tools —easy to storage, easy to take, easy to identify, easy to inventory, easy to clean, .the further deductions, created from TPS 5S framework and based on current storage model to accomplish the management performance of enterprises.
