為了提高競爭力,企業除了要隨著外部環境隨時調整策略走向外,亦須及時透過資訊科技掌握企業內部資源的狀況,導入企業資源系統便影響企業持續成長的重要關鍵成功因素。本研究以砂輪產業北聯企業為研究對象,針對個案公司從導入ERP系統之前置作業、及導入實施情況,評估個案公司從導入ERP的各項管理系統後之實施情況及正式上線後之效益。研究結果發現導入ERP的成功關鍵因素為企業主管的授權、專門的ERP專案人員,以及企業需考量成本、系統穩定性以及售後服務後選擇適合的ERP系統。 導入ERP有效提升了成本預估及交期預估上的精準度,另外也因為透過內部系統的整合,降低70%企業內部人員尋找庫存的時間,提升原料庫存的掌握度,除了可增加庫存的周轉外,亦有效提供在客製化砂輪的回應效率。
In order to improve competitiveness, enterprises should adjust the strategy at any time with the external environment. The introduction of enterprise resource system is an important key success factor for the continuous growth of enterprises. This study takes the BAY UNION Abrasives Limited of grinding wheel industry as the research object. Through evaluated the efficiency of the case from establishing ERP from the introduction of ERP process, the results of the study found that the decision maker of the enterprise and the project team and leader of the project team is the key factor in the success of ERP. The introduction of ERP can effectively improve the cost estimates and delivery estimates on the accuracy. Through the integration of internal systems, employees looking for inventory time reduced by 70%. And it is not only understanding of the status of raw materials inventory, but also increasing the turnover of inventory. It is improving the efficiency of customized wheel response.
