In the environment of Taiwan's health insurance system and aging society, peo-ple's demand for medical care is increasing day by day. Therefore, the visibility of clinics in urban areas is extremely high. It is common for several clinics to exist on the same road at the same time. Therefore, there is competition pressure between clinics. It's bound to be intense. When primary care clinics face competitive pressure from their peers and face fluctuations in reasonable outpatient capacity and total point value of health insurance, how can they create advantages from the perspective of business strategies in order to achieve long-term operations? Therefore, this study uses the five forces analysis and key success factors to conduct in-depth discussions on the field of primary care clinics, hoping to provide operational strategic reference for clinic managers.
