本研究旨在探討金融產業從業人員的工作壓力、幸福感與薪資滿意度。採問卷調查法,以「金融產業從業人員的工作壓力、幸福感與薪資滿意度之研究問卷」為研究工具,有效問卷325份,使用描述性統計、獨立樣本T檢定、單因子變異數分析、皮爾森積差相關及迴歸分析等統計方法。 茲將本研究結果摘要如下: 壹、金融產業從業人員最主要的工作壓力來源是工作負荷;金融產業從業人員最主要的幸福感來源是工作成就。 貳、不同服務單位和教育程度的金融產業從業人員在工作壓力有顯著差異;不同年收入的金融產業從業人員在幸福感有顯著差異。 參、金融產業從業人員的薪資滿意度與幸福感呈顯著正相關;金融產業從業人員的工作壓力與幸福感呈顯著負相關;金融產業從業人員的工作壓力與薪資滿意度呈顯著負相關。 肆、金融產業從業人員工作壓力對幸福感呈現顯著的負相關,表示當工作壓力越高,其幸福感越低。 伍、金融產業從業人員的薪資滿意度對工作壓力與幸福感產生中介效果。
The purpose of this study was to investigate job stress, well-being and salary satisfaction of financial practitioners. This study used questionnaire to do the following research. We took the questionnaire, entitled “ Survey of job stress, well-being and salary satisfaction of financial practitioners”, as the measuring tool and 325 valid questionaires were available. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficient and regression analysis were used to analyze the data. The findings were as follows: 1.The main source of job stress for financial practitioners is workload; the main source of well-being for financial practitioners is work achievement. 2.Financial practitioners with different service units and education levels have significant differences in job stress; financial practitioners with different annual incomes have significant differences in well-being. 3.There is a significant positive correlation between salary satisfaction and well-being among financial practitioners; there is a significant negative correlation between job stress and well-being among financial practitioners; there is a significant negative correlation between job stress and salary satisfaction among financial practitioners. 4.The job stress of financial practitioners shows a significant negative correlation with well-being, which means that when the job stress is higher, their well-being is lower. 5.The salary satisfaction of financial practitioners has a mediating effect on job stress and well-being.
