臺灣必須因應,目前農業生產力受到相當衝擊的農村人力老化;且受限於臺灣天然自然環境限制,其實農業生產成本偏高,較難與國際其他國家競爭,為了提升全球社會中自有的農業競爭力,就必須強化產業結構調整及科技研發創新。 臺灣社會順勢提出全球村發展中臺灣未來經濟決勝點是六級產業的建置與發展。換句話說,在當前體驗經濟的環境下,社會中的產業界線是越來越模糊如果臺灣產業發展中能夠趁此順勢有校集結一級產業(農業)的生態保育、二級產業(工業)的生產效率、 三級產業(服務業)的生活便利等個別優勢多元組合,也就是從1+2+3與1x2x3的跨界躍進思維中,智慧融匯科技、創意與美學,如此而言產業發展就會從原本的生產者轉換到不同的消費者思維,形成了最具影響力與適合全球趨勢發展下的六級產業。 相對於已經是休閒農業、觀光果園、觀光工廠發展問題有被探索與診斷並提出實質建議,但是一級農業、二級食品製造業三級餐飲服務業產業的轉型或升級或是憑空從無到有打造六級產業會是如何的發展,確實是值得注意與探索的,卻也幾乎沒有被認真探索與研究。 研究者從確立研究背景、動機與目的,並透過文獻探討並從相關理論與研究實證探討出,選擇研究方法,然後透過研究者與指導老師之社會網絡,採用滾雪球便利抽樣邀請六位台灣一級產業的農業業者,六位台灣二級產業的食品製造業業者,六位台灣三級產業的餐飲服務業業者參與深度訪談並回應可能轉型與進階為六級產業的探索與詢問。 一級產業中之農業業者普遍是以一級產業直接轉型成六級產業來思考。二級產業中之食品製造業業者普遍是以二級產業直接轉型或是二級三級六級成為六級產業來思考。 三級產業中之餐飲服務業業者,行有餘力者比較像是從三級產業直接轉型成六級產業,至於已經忙碌於生存之餐飲業業者則認為不管是什麼樣的轉型或是從無到有直接轉型成六級產業都有可能。 至於一級產業農業,二級產業食品製造業與三級產業餐飲服務業最終轉型為六級產業的難易度則是都根據相對於轉型後的六級產業規模而判定。
Taiwan must respond to the current aging of rural manpower with considerable impact on agricultural productivity; and it is limited by Taiwan’s natural environmental constraints. In fact, agricultural production costs are high, making it difficult to compete with other countries in the world. In order to enhance its own agricultural competition in the global society, Taiwan must strengthen industrial restructuring and technological R&D innovation. The Taiwan society has taken the opportunity to propose that the future economic success of Taiwan in the development of global villages is the establishment and development of six-level industries. In other words, in the current experiencing economy, the industrial boundaries in society are becoming increasingly blurred. If Taiwan’s industrial development can take advantage of this, it will integrate the first-level industries (agriculture) with ecological conservation and secondary industries (industrial) with production efficiency, three-level industry (service industry) with convenience and other individual advantages and multiple combinations. It means that from the cross-border leap forward thinking of 1+2+3 industry and 1x2x3 industry, wisdom integrates technology, creativity and aesthetics, so the industrial development will shift from the original producer to different consumer thinking, forming the six-level industry with the most influential and suitable for the development of global trends. Although the development of leisure agriculture, sightseeing orchards, and sightseeing factories, it has been explored and diagnosed and provided substantial suggestions, the transformation or upgrading of the tertiary food and secondary food manufacturing industry’s three-level food service industry to develop a six-level industry is indeed worthy of attention and exploration, but it has hardly been seriously explored and researched. Researchers from the establishment of research background, motivation and purpose, and through the literature to explore and empirical research, select research methods, and then through the social network of researchers and instructors, using snowball to facilitate sampling to invite six Taiwan's primary industry, the agricultural industry, six food manufacturing operators in the secondary industry in Taiwan, and six food service operators in Taiwan's tertiary industry participated in in-depth interviews and responded to explorations and inquiries that may be transformed and advanced to the six-level industry. The agricultural industry in the primary industry is generally thinking about the direct transformation of the primary industry into a six-level industry. The food manufacturing industry in the secondary industry is generally thinking about the direct transformation of the secondary industry or the secondary, tertiary, and sixth-level industries. The catering service industry in the tertiary industry is more like a direct transformation from a tertiary industry to a six-level industry. As for the food and beverage industry that is already busy in operation, it believes that no matter what kind of transformation or from nothing, it is still possible to have a direct transformation into a six-level industry. As for the primary industry, the agriculture, the difficulty of the final transformation of the secondary industry, the food manufacturing and the tertiary industry, the catering service into the six-level industry is based on the scale of the six-level industry after the transformation.
