金融服務業從業人員如何在瞬息萬變彼此連動相關的全球化生活世界中的工作與多元生活達到平衡,也是現代金融服務業極富挑戰之全球化國際金融業經營發展中其人力資源管制上必須要面臨處理的重要議題。 金融服務業男性從業人員或女性從業人員,如何在金融服務業取得工作與生活平衡的過程,已經被過往研究探索過,至於哪些已退休的金融服務業男性或女性從業人員之生活平衡卻是尚未有如此之研究,因此本論文想要在金融服務業男性或女性從業人員如何取得工作與生活平衡的既有了解下,進一步探究在退休之金融服務業男性或女性從業人員,在沒有正式工作下如何進行下一階段的生活平衡? 期盼自己可以在透過退休之金融服務業男性或女性從業人員的生活平衡過程中揭露之故事敘說探究,審慎評估個人不久未來身處的退休社會制度與組織或公司規範的相關脈絡,規劃自己退休生涯,使自己能在面臨退休階段時保有自己的自主性,並於退休後有較佳的生活適應。當然也期許本研究發現可以幫助其他未來的金融服務業從業退休人員。
How can the bank practitioners balance the complicated work and life in the context of the global financial industry? The global development of the international financial industry are the important issues to be dealt with the management of human resources. The male practitioners, or female practitioners of the bank, how to get a balance between work and life in the financial services industry have been explored by the literature review. As for the balance of life of male or female employees who have retired from banks, it has not been explored in the research. Therefore, with the understanding of the between work and life on the male or female practitioners of the bank, this paper wants to explore how the retired male or female practitioners of the bank can carry out the next stage of life balance without formal work? It is hoped that we can examine the narrative story in the process of living balance among retired male or female bank employees. In addition, the context of retired social system and the norm of organization or company has been revealed in order to help retired male or female bank employees plan their own retirement career in the future. Moreover, they can maintain their own autonomy, and better adapt in life after retirement. Of course, this study also found that it can help other future retirees of financial services industry.
