全臺各縣市三級產業人口之變遷：1979-2008

摘要

本文主在研究民國68年至民國97年間臺灣各縣市三級產業人口之變遷。文中首先根據三級產業人口之變遷情況，指出各縣市產業發展的變化趨勢；再以全臺產業人口結構比估算各縣市三級產業應有人口與實際人口之差，以觀察各縣市三級產業間人口流出/入之現象。其次，相較於前述以全臺為基準的產業人口流出/入，文中另觀察各縣市產業人口之消長，其結果則可概為分類：產業人口重心未遞移縣市、產業人口重心單遞移縣市、產業人口重心多遞移縣市。綜合此二角度，相信對了解臺灣經濟變遷及各縣市發展特色有所俾益。

The work investages the long-term migration of industrial/sectoral population of Taiwan over the last three decades. We first estimate the industrial/sectoral drains of prefectural data in terms of the national industrial/sectoral structure of population . In contrasting, we also characterize the prefectural long-term industrial/sectoral development into categories: no the industrial/sectoral transition of population within a city, the single industrial/sectoral transition of population within a city and the multiple industrial/sectoral transition of population within a city. Some implication lying behind the characteristics are discussed.
