數位轉型是當代企業建立競爭力不可忽視的重要策略層面,對於中小企業而言,在企業資源與能力的限制下,其數位轉型策略,更需要與公司的發展階段良好的配合,以提高其成功率與效益。 西元2000年初,臺灣的電子產業蓬勃發展,對於晶片的需求也大量增加,A公司也如同其他中小企業,必須進行數位化以節省人力,並快速面對市場的變化。2008年經過全球金融風暴之後,IC設計業競爭加劇,也必須藉由數位科技以降低成本。本文藉由分析其間的事件,以揭露數位化對A公司產生的實質影響。研究結果發現,數位轉型雖不等同於企業核心競爭力,但能有效的增加企業運作效率,進而降低成本。甚至只需做到數位化或數位優化,就能展現明顯的效果。
Digital transformation is an important and unignorable strategic aspect for contemporary enterprises to establish competitiveness. For small and medium-sized enterprises, under the constraints of corporate resources and capabilities, their digital transformation strategy needs to be well coordinated with the company's development stages to improve its success rate and benefit. At the beginning of 2000, Taiwan's electronics industry was booming, and the demand for chips also increased significantly. Company A, like other small and medium-sized enterprises, had to start digital transformation to save manpower and quickly respond to market changes. After the global financial turmoil in 2008, competition in the IC design industry has intensified, and digital technology must also be used to reduce costs. This article analyzes the events during this period to reveal the real impact of digital transformation on Company A. The results indicate that although digital transformation may not directly become the core competitiveness of enterprises, it can effectively increase the operational efficiency of enterprises and reduce costs. It even needs to be digitized or digitally optimized to show obvious effects.
