台灣牙體技術產業演化

隨著社會環境快速變化，國人對醫療品質的提高，承造牙醫醫療所使用之牙冠、矯正裝置以及義齒之牙體技術產業人員相對也必須隨之適應與變化調整其生存方式，牙技多元化經營使產業更顯其價值。台灣牙體技術產業發展歷經50多年之歷史，牙體技術產業大多都以師徒制為主以家族企業做為經營方式，但因過去並無法規的限制，直至98年政府開始辦理專門職業及技術人員特種考試制度、科技的發展、成立牙體技術專業院校，因此牙體技術此產業正式納入醫療體系中，也受到相當程度的重視。本研究透過深度訪談方式與文獻研究探討，以牙體技術產業做為核心探討此產業在面臨文化、社會、法規、科技等演化轉變時，如何快速調整其生存條件，透過與現役的牙體技術師人員的探討，了解現今的牙體技術產業上的轉變，將這些資料配合文獻將其整理撰寫。期許未來牙體技術產業上，讓大眾能更了解此產業的轉變及未來進入此行業相關工作人員能更加瞭解此行業的文化之相關性。

As a consequence of the rapid change in a social environment and the advancement of medicine quality, the dental technology industry personnel responsible for crafting dental devices such as dental crowns, orthodontic devices, and prostheses must evolve to maintain the competence of competition to reach sustainable operation attainment. Diversity operation of dental technology also facilitates the value increment to the industry. Domestic dental technology industry has been developed for more than 50 years, most industry entities are operated by family enterprises under the apprenticeship system. However, official regulation regarding the dental industry had long been out of scope in the past. In 1998, the circumstances begin to change since the government initiates the special examination system for specialized occupations and technicians, the development of technology, and the establishment of dental technology colleges. Those factors contribute to the formal integration of the dental technology industry into the medical system. In addition, the industry was also given considerable attention. Through in-depth interviews and literature research, this study focuses on the dental technology industry to explore how the industry can make agile adaption in the face of cultural, social, regulatory, and technological changes. Through interviewed with current dental technicians, we comprehend the changes in the dental technology industry today and compile these data with literature. We expect that the dental technology industry will provide the public with a better understanding of the transformations and the cultural relevance in the industry for those who are committed to the dental technology industry in the future.
