產品研發與設計是企業提升附加價值的重要活動,但是組織中對專利產出的激勵措施,有時會造成為專利而專利,偏離了組織創新方向,因此需要一個統合性的創新研發架構。在另一方面,組織中專利的產出通常集中於少數具有創新能力的人,他們的創新的能力不容易讓其他員工學習,因此需要建立具較高操作性的創新方法,以降低新進學習者的學習障礙,強化創新能力的擴散效益。 在創新研發架構方面,本研究基產品研發流程,以設計思考的精神建立了一個整合性的概念架構,作為組織研發策略擬定的基礎。在創新方法方面,本研究以研究者多年的研發經驗與成果,歸納出包含加法、減法、增減、聯想、轉借、取代等六大創新發明原則,並設計教學案例進行教學測試,以評估其效果。 研究結果顯示這六大創新發明原則對學習專利與設計思考有幫助,也有助於提升創新發明與設計思考能力及團隊合作對學習專利與設計思考 。
Product research and development (R&D) and design are crucial activities for companies aiming to enhance added value. However, incentives for patent output in organizations can sometimes result in patents being pursued solely for the sake of having patents, straying from the path of organizational innovation. Therefore, an integrated innovation R&D structure is essential. Conversely, patent output within an organization tends to be concentrated among a small group of individuals with innovative capabilities. These innovative skills are not easily transferable to other employees. Hence, it is vital to establish highly efficient innovation methods to accelerate the learning curve for new employees, reduce learning obstacles, and enhance the diffusion benefits of innovative capabilities. Regarding innovative R&D architecture, this study has developed an integrated conceptual framework based on the product R&D process and inspired by design thinking to guide the formulation of organizational R&D strategies. In terms of innovation methods, the study leverages the researchers' extensive R&D experience and findings to outline six innovative invention principles: addition, subtraction, increase and decrease, association, borrowing, and substitution. Teaching cases have been designed to assess the effectiveness of these principles through teaching trials. The research findings indicate that these six innovation and invention principles are beneficial for understanding patents and design thinking, as well as for enhancing innovation, invention, design thinking skills, and teamwork.
